I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through when I got to the window I saw the girl walking away. It took her about five minutes to come right back to the window. All I asked for was two drinks and two Swisher packets. She charged me for it, gave me my Swisher packets, and as soon as I turn my head to grab the drinks, she's already walking away again and completely disappears while I am knocking on the window for her to come back After about eight minutes. Nobody still comes back. I knock on the window again, still nothing. I had to go and park go inside and as I'm walking inside, she was walking from the restroom back to the drive-through window. I told her she forgot to give you my drinks and she said I'm sorry I had to use the restroom, which I completely understand. I have the worst bladder in the world, but I wanted to go through the drive-through so I did not have to get out of the vehicle. The girl lacked any empathy of caring for the customers seemed like she was kind of out of of it. I literally and the most understanding person I come from the service industry. The girl had pretty curled braided hair, beautiful, dark skin, beautiful girl, bad customer service. I told a very sweet lady upfront with long brown hair what happened. I just felt like I needed to make a review. I have never dealt with that in a long time. read more

I went to this on cue, around 2:35 AM. I had a long day at work after after working 12 hour days since I work as a nurse. My husband had rented us a hotel at the Embassy suites next door to the gas station. A few days before Valentine's Day. The cashier D Mike , was extremely rude to me. When I asked to get quarters he replies yes. In a funky attitude, I then proceeded to pay him, and I asked him if he was having a bad day? He replied no and told me here is your money back! The people working the drive thru hate their job and are sooo rude. Asking for the required straws to enjoy my drink was like asking them to clean a bathroom. They were so annoyed, so put out and made it so obvious. Northwest OKC has been plagued for years with a dearth of gas and convenience stores along NW Expressway, from Classen to Coucil. I blame the stupid, short-end-of-the stick deal when got in the "gentlemen's" agreement struck all those years ago by the owners of 7-11 and QuikTrip, which forever sealed OKC's fate as home to gross, out of the way and outdated, 7-11s, while Tulsa got shiny new QTs all over town, on major thoroughfares. If you've ever been in a QT, you know what I'm talking about. So here we have a beautiful, brand new convenience Mecca, with super tall awnings, electronic signage, and a state of the art store with all manner of food and drink options. Lots of healthy snacks, which I appreciate as a good selection of healthy options is the only thing that can possibly compete with my almost animalistic need to find the bottom of a bag of Chex Mix. Easy in and out, with a location in the triangle formed by two of the busiest streets in this part of OKC. There's another one just up the way, a bit further west on Expressway. I would love to know what they paid for this parcel of land, and I hope they make a huge profit off it. A word of caution - be careful in the parking lot, whether you are walking, driving or backing out. At least for now, I think people are so mesmerized, they forget to look. read more

Regret is the word of the day. It's the word of every day when it comes to this OnCue Express location. Because every day that I fill up, the price drops by something like 5 cents the following day and I feel sad knowing that I didn't get the best deal. The 63rd & NW Expwy location is consistently the cheapest option for gas in this part of Oklahoma City, at least as far as E10 is concerned. The regular gas prices tend to be a little more unpredictable; more often than not, OnCue isn't the best deal for 100% fuel. But if you don't care about putting E10 in your car, then this should be your first and last place to stop for gas. If you can help it, head over here in the afternoon or evening. I've been noticing that price drops seem to happen right around (before or after) the after work rush hour. read more

The women's restroom needed cleaned and a maintenance. The toilet paper holder was open empty and looked destroyed. Toilet paper all over the floor. The whole bathroom looked like it was cleaned once a month if you were lucky. read more

This OnCue is awesome. They have a drive-thru where you can get many items, over 20 gas pumps, and clean bathrooms. The have your choice of no ethanol and ethanol gas. read more

Quite possibly the most hateful people i have encountered working at a gas station or anywhere in a long time. Rude is one thing, but hateful is another. The cashier didn't say a word to me & just glared at me so i said Hi, & she mocked me by saying Hi in an over the top sarcastic voice. I will never ever step foot into this place again. read more

This is probably my favorite place to get gas in OKC. It's close to my house, their hot food is always good, lots of gas pumps to choose from, and you can come in and go out via the NW Expressway or 63rd. read more
