The…read morefirst time they didn't have cups or lids for the hot drinks and there was one cashier to handle a lot of people, when asked if there were lids and cups she was abrupt and very rude. The next time again there was only one cashier and a lot of people and the store was a mess and there was no convenience about this store. very dirty and again ended up leaving empty-handed. Then today wanted to yet try to get a cappuccino and went into a full house but two cashiers, but they were out of cappuccino in the machine and the cashier was on a personal phone call at the register. Do people have that little care to have a job or responsibility nowadays? This is just so sad to see I was really optimistic for this close 7-Eleven to be a gem.

DO NOT BUY THE CARWASH…read more Why do they sell car washes at the pump when there is no car wash onsite??? It was a big building so we assumed it was in the back It wasn't. They said we could use the credit at another station that had a car wash. We drove to the next OnCue, NO CAR WASH. I google it, and their website says they don't have car washes. Imagine my surprise. Looking into it further, they have 3rd party car washes at some locations, but THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE STREET ADDRESS TO MAP THEM!!! We drive back to original OnCue, getting a car wash from Charlie's on the way. Asked for a refund. They obliged, but had to wait a bit for the manager to process the refund. Probably won't use OnCue again. Fool me once...

All I asked for was two drinks and two Swisher packets. She charged me for it, gave me my Swisher packets, and as soon as I turn my head to grab the drinks, she's already walking away again and completely disappears while I am knocking on the window for her to come back After about eight minutes. Nobody still comes back. I knock on the window again, still nothing. I had to go and park go inside and as I'm walking inside, she was walking from the restroom back to the drive-through window. I told her she forgot to give you my drinks and she said I'm sorry I had to use the restroom, which I completely understand. I have the worst bladder in the world, but I wanted to go through the drive-through so I did not have to get out of the vehicle. The girl lacked any empathy of caring for the customers seemed like she was kind of out of of it. I literally and the most understanding person I come from the service industry. The girl had pretty curled braided hair, beautiful, dark skin, beautiful girl, bad customer service. I told a very sweet lady upfront with long brown hair what happened. I just felt like I needed to make a review. I have never dealt with that in a long time.

I don't eat much gas station chicken but always wondered about this brand because it is in a lot of convenience stores.
