Unfortunately once you get here you'll find it is rather disappointing. There is seriously only a few good stores here. J.Crew being the big one. Coach being the other. I can see how Nike might be a big deal, but having gone to numerous other outlets this one just has far less selection for some reason. I'd come here for J.Crew and probably proceed directly across the highway to the promenade shops on the other side. Time is money and the time you've saved at the outlets is money you've saved that you can now spend at the regular stores at the promenade shops.

There are real people to help you check out, not automated payment like at Home Depot where few people can be found to help you. Our greatest delight was meeting an employee Jerry, in the hardware department that helped us find exactly what we needed within moments. The best part is Jerry is 85 years old and he really knows his merchandise and hardware. Congratulations to Bomgaards for recognizing the jewel that Jerry is to their business. It was such a great experience meeting Jerry that we will pass on the big name hardware stores and head to Bomgaards for real service. In addition, we found the merchandise to be unique, fun and original. Its not just a farm supply store but much more than we expected.

Double check prices at the register as there are always problems and they usually don't have updated prices on things anyway. Their policy on accurate prices seems to be,"screw the customer, only make changes if someone complains about it, most won't notice anyway." Or they would have corrected the prices by now, tariff increases were a while ago. Staff are grouchy, never smiling, and often rude--not all, but many seem to be. The reasons I actually write this are because I saw the manager berate an employee on the sales floor. Also, a few weeks earlier, I couldn't help but overhear 2 employees talking for a while about how bad things are to work there. Talk about toxic. I've put up with shopping here for a while for the store's variety/sales, but after what I saw and overheard, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Ever have it when you go…read moreto a store or section of a store and you have the impression that everything there is a dollar but really isn't? It can be very frustrating! Not with Dollar Tree stores because any customer that finds a price discrepancy here is in the wrong because everything here is a dollar! I ducked into this store on my way through Windsor. I was going to a farm where they were selling produce and wanted a white pumpkin which I indeed found. I wanted to make a ghost Jack-O-Lantern for a pumpkin carving party I was going to. It makes the pumpkin even more ghostly by sticking green glow sticks in the pumpkin instead of a candle. My Martha Stewart tip for the day. The Dollar Tree had glow sticks, two per package. I was told the ones from the dollar stores only last an hour but these lasted the night and into the morning. A good deal! I also bought a Halloween prop of a liver, you guessed it for a dollar! It looks kind of fake but in a haunted house of my own concoction it would fit in perfectly! Hopefully next year I will have one for all to enjoy! For basic Halloween supplies Dollar Tree comes in great! They are affordable and so far the items longevity last a while! If you want some props more high tech though you best look at other stores. P.S. I make my ghost Jack-O-Lantern face fairly simple. I just draw on a face like this... :O...but with bigger circled eyes...you can make it as complicated as you want!
