Don't let a child run your business. I took my car in this morning at 9:30. I brought my own…read moreequipment for them to install and although it was my fault for ordering the wrong part, they neglected to tell me until I had a $200 bill. How did this start? I walked in half hour after opening and the employee walks from the back like he just woke up. I explained I had the premium sound in the car and gave him the equipment with a list of all the items in the box. Feeling very dismissed because he was the pro I decided to leave it for them to do the job. If they are the pros why wouldn't they have informed me before I accumulated a bill. Ok fine my mistake for leaving the car. It should have ended there with me being upset at myself. But nope. After arguing with the employee and being talked over the whole time I paid and left. On the way home I found blemishes that were not there and a half reinstalled original system. The stereo now sticks out 1.4 of an inch from factory flush and I have scratches on interior pieces. So for a $200 bill for nothing I have to find non existent interior trim for a 15 year old sports car. The only thing stopping me from taking back to fix what I paid for is fear of more damage to the car. I highly DO NOT recommend taking anything to them. Completely unprofessional, a total Waste of my time and my money. If the owner reads this my advice from one local business owner to another? Hire someone other then a kid to run your business. You know what they say? Getting one good review is impossible but getting a lot of bad reviews is easy. I left feeling taken advantage of by this company and intend to let everyone I know and my own clients know to NEVER use this company.
