And it brought back some great memories for me, easy in and easy out. The wait wasn't long either there was only one car ahead of us and it was a Thursday afternoon also. They were able to promptly pull me into a bay, where they gave me a bottle of water while I waited. They have several different options of oils, and the mechanic knew which options were best for my car. I got my car in August and have not done much to it since. I was able to get everything done there (air filter changed, coolant changed, etc). They talked me through everything and were very transparent with all they were doing. It took maybe 15 minutes for all that to be done, and I know it was done well. Trent was able to give me a discount as well, that was much appreciated. This is a good spot for a one stop quick shop!

The owner Mike is always on site working and is friendly and knowledgeable. On my last repair (oil change and headlamp replacement) it took a while longer than was initially quoted but communication was great along the way and the secondary timetable was met. Sometimes delays happen but keeping the customer in the dark is never the right way to go. Thankfully, Atlantic Car Care understands that. Car repairs can be such a headache - especially around here, apparently - so I'm super grateful to have found a good, honest garage and want to spread the word!

In addition to the quick service, the staff was great! Kyle took care of my car and explained the service to me and how much it would cost. And Adriana was great too. She explained to me that in addition to the oil change they do a courtesy check of your car including belts, and fluids and tire pressure. And this is a courtesy, there is no charge. Then I was left waiting and waiting like I didn't matter just to have them spin their corporate sounding words in my face to cover their butt. I trusted these people with my vehicle. Don't make the same mistake I did. Brian (store manager), Dexter(store manager), and Cliff (district manager). You all need to take a look in the mirror, at your staff, at your choices and reevaluate moving forward. I think if the rolls were reversed you all would've expected more and acted differently.
