After this visit, I also noticed two rims had been damaged, which had no prior marks or scuffs before service. To confirm, I took my Jeep to Discount Tire in Murfreesboro, where the technicians immediately acknowledged that my understanding of the dot alignment process was correct. They rebalanced the tires properly for $162, and the vibration issue was completely resolved. While I appreciate small businesses and want to support local shops, my experience at North Jackson Tire was disappointing.
