As customer facing employees it is your responsibility to treat customers with respect and courtesy, they need your help to figure out what parts they need, customers are not professional mechanics and should not be belittled for not being so. As a former small business owner I know how hard it is to find good help, but as a business owner it's your responsibility to monitor your employees, many times when an employee has worked a job for too long they become bitter and unpleasant with customers because they are unhappy, when this happens it is time to insist that they change their attitudes or move on. The employee who is allowed to have a bad attitude and treat customers poorly is not doing you any favors, just costing you customers. Whoever owns or manages this store.. It's time to wake up! To make matters worse, we found out their hourly labor charge is much, much higher than other local auto repair places. I cannot say for sure, but I have a feeling we were gouged since the car was towed in and there was little we could do. I have already started a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.
