This particular franchise is locally owned so they got my business. Initially I just wanted the tire patched which at $30 plus tax is a fair price. You know this is a resort town and it's real easy for any business person to try to pad a price with an additional 100k people in town for the upcoming 4th of July holiday. They did not. I was 3 months away from springing for 4 new tires so I decided to give them the business of 4 new tires. With this large investment I had a ton of questions/prices concerns.You have to do this because you are stuck with the performance and ride of new tires for at least 3 years and I want the best tire for the price that support my driving habits. Driving Habits ---combination of city like driving 50% and 50% major Highway. I also am concerned about driving in snow. Dave and his coworker Nick didn't try the usual dismissal of a women's questions about tires. And I know this is hard because they answer the same questions multiple times/day every day of the week. I did my internet homework about the tires suggested and I felt confident in their prices. I also opted for an alignment which was reasonably priced. If you get bored there is a mini golf and driving range next door along with ice cream. Rio Grande diner is a half a mile walk. Bottom line : Dave did his best for me. Bonus: I was in and out close enough to be happy with the 2 hr estimate to do all my work. I highly recommend this place.

They had a new employee perform the tire rotation and you could tell from the beginning that she didn't know what she was doing. She stripped one of my lug-nuts. I wound up being there for hours because they couldn't get the tire off. They had to order a new lug nut. I drive my car extensively for work. She barely finished doing the job. She was ready to have my car pulled out for f the bay before they realized she made a huge mistake. They had to put the wheels on the side they started back to their original position. I had to leave with 1 missing lug nut. They had to order a new lug nut for me. So now I have to return. This was a disgrace. I don't have a problem with a female preforming this job as long as she's experienced which she wasn't and monitored since she's a new employee. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional! I hope she spent lose her job but she definitely needs more training.

The owner should up in 10 minutes with a rollback, plus gave me ,my girlfriend, and dog a ride back to his shop. They immediately checked the starter which was finished. Everyone was so help,friendly and kind. Help me find a cab co. To get us a ride to Enterprise to rent a car. The Highlander was ready at 9 am the next day. Being out of owner I was expecting the worse . Turns out the total bill was just a little over 700 dollars. That was for the tow, starter,labor and tax. Blew me away. I was expect a bill double that being an out of owner in a tourist town. Wish they were in my home town cause I would be a regular !!!! Giving them a 15 star rating
