The people here are unhelpful, slow, rude, and lazy and I will never be lending my money to this company ever again.

He was able to jump out battery so we could crawl next door and purchase a replacement. After we bought the new battery, we could not get the old one out. Andrew came out and helped us replace the battery which involved removing a shroud and lifting a super heavy battery out and back in. He is a hero to us and made a bad experience awesome.
