Who's open that late?! These guys are open! They found not one but TWO nails in my tire. How in the world?! I'm just going to say these guys were AWESOME! They had me in and out in 30 mins. They didn't try to sell me a bazillion dollars worth of things I didn't need. They were really honest and said I will need tires in the future but this repair has them good as if it never happened. If I lived here I would definitely come back they earned my business and referrals! Thank you so much for the repair. Top notch!

After charging me $1600.00 and he wanted to charge me 80$ to use my debit card so had to get a cashiers check. This was my mother picking it up cause I was out of state she's 73 years old. Drove it to Morehead to interstate battery cause he said it needed a new battery which they tested the battery and it had a full charge the car wouldn't start. Called thw shop and there response was have it towed back here and you can add the tow charge to the bill. Umm no. So my mother was stuck for three hours trying to get a ride home and figure out with to do with the car. So in other words they ripped me for $1600. Don't EVER EVER EVER GO TO PATRIOT AUTO. They replaced the struts and after the struts were replaced the front end started popping. I took it back 4 times and they told me to just drive it 500 to a 1000 miles to let the parts settle in. Now after the parts have "settled" in the popping is worse. Today they said the only way they would warranty out the struts, that totaled $3200 and included new tires, they would have to change the ball jounts for another $850. You would think that with all this front end work they would have seen this issue before replacing the struts or one of the other 4 times I had it in for the popping noise.
