FIRST SCARE as a customer, ESPECIALLY A WOMAN! !! Coffee maker, pretty painted lobby, latest women magazines, and it smelled like a Febreeze scratch & sniff. Totally targeted towards women who soon become the victims! First encounter was an unfriendly man at the desk who asked what I needed and continued on his conversation with another guy. Next another gentleman came to tell me my oil change would be $64.99. Last time I checked basic oil changes were about $40 bucks, but, I was never OFFERED the basic rate only the higher rate (for my protection of course). After about 10 minutes, the angry man at the counter came in to show me how soiled my air filter was that I PERSONALLY changed out 3 months ago. Next I was confronted on how I needed to change out both of my belts because my vehicle was unsafe to drive! I have a great blessing in all this, that I myself (as a woman) have actually worked on cars, have some sense, and understand how bad they were trying to rake me over the coals! If I would have left out of there on their 'recommendations' I would have spent probably $300. I JUST wanted an oil change, but thank you for the insight angry gentleman behind the desk! I will never go to this place again. In fact, I am taking my vehicle to my mechanic tomorrow to make sure they replaced my oil filter!
