He offered to run simple tests on batteries and inspections of the car for me for free. He also responds quickly to requests, questions via Yelp and phone. My alternator of the car was bad and Mr Derek gave me two options: remanufactured and OEM. He clearly explained what the pros and cons of each one and respected my decision.
