I highly recommend going to him if you are looking for a vehicle to purchase in the near future, and I would definitely buy another vehicle from him if the time ever comes also, their finance team was very quick, very friendly, and very to the point which we also appreciated, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this place

I purchased a new F250 two years ago. When I took ownership of the vehicle I was basically given a…read morefive minute review of the truck features. The salesman knew nothing about the vehicle. A couple months later when the temperatures dropped while out shopping, I parked the truck for 15 minutes, when I tried to start the vehicle it was dead! except for the many faults that appeared on the display. I contacted the dealership about the problem and the service manager looked into the problem on the computer and told me that an update was performed and everything should work fine. I was able to then start the truck but I was advised to bring the truck in. " it would only take 15 minutes " to make sure everything was ok. I brought the truck right in and almost four hours later I was told that I needed a block heater and new batteries as it has two. Fortunately a block heater was not available ( for almost $2000.00) I was told I needed to come back when one was available. This is for a truck that is less than five months old. I have lived in this climate for most of my life and have not needed a block heater of any kind since the 1970s. The temperatures at the time were above zero. The Ford company feels the need to make continuous software updates which are extremely frustrating as they seem to completely change settings on the truck information system. There is no service or owner manual that comes with the truck. You can access it online which doesn't help much when out somewhere where there is no signal. It is available on the internet from your home computer which isn't real helpful unless you have your truck somewhere near wherever you have your computer. The most recent issue was for new fault notifications on the dash. I called Wood City, the dealership and spoke with the service advisor who was unable to help me and patched me through to the service manager Who was unavailable and he returned my call. when I answered the phone his comment " what do you want ?" we then went back and forth with the issue and that the problem could be many things and I would need to bring the truck in but it " might be weeks because we have more work than people" and you can't just show up and expect to have things looked into. I was able to solve the problem myself. I have since sold the truck and will never deal with Wood City motors or Ford again for anything.
