The manager, Scott left a very sincere message on my home answering machine and was apologizing up and down. I returned the manager's call but he was off Friday. I explained to Mark, the assistant manager what had transpired with my prior experience. He said on Friday there was a 2 hour wait, he asked if we could bring the car on Saturday morning first thing. I agreed. Cj's was very very thorough and found a small leak in the one tire due to a faulty valve stem. They replaced that piece at no additional charge and assured me that all the tires were in good shape and inflated to the proper psi. I know they were thorough because I saw my daughters car on the lift with the tires removed. They were kind enough to do the work at no charge, not only that but they gave my daughter a future oil change at no additional charges. I know that businesses make mistakes sometimes. It's evident that CJ's truly does care and they take ownership and accountability. They absolutely went out of their way to ensure everything was thoroughly resolved. That goes a long way with me. Thank You!! Trust RESTORED!

Writing this review as a woman that shopped a few tire install spots with annoying/unwarranted…read moreattitude. Shipped 4 run flat tires from tire rack.com to Mr. Tire PXV 2 days in advance. Called Mr. Tire to check availability for installation ahead of doing so on a Monday. They had availability for a Wednesday AM install along with a state inspection. Cost was reasonable for the tire size (50", four tires $140). I've been driving on the tires for 5 days and they ride well. No issues with alignment, balance etc. Don from the shop called me Monday afternoon to confirm the appointment as I scheduled with the Mr. Tire call center (normal to do so). Tires from Tire Rack (from DE warehouse) safely arrived/intercepted there on Tuesday and were ready for install. I dropped my car 8:30am and car was ready +30min post the ETA provided 1:30pm vs 2pm. No big deal for me. Had I dropped it at 7:30am it would have been sooner. Generally didn't feel scammed here --as sad as that bar is to write about as a woman-- requesting auto care services. Also, car was returned without any new damage. Thank you for an uneventful experience. Based on my one specific scenario/ data point, I would recommend this spot. It's worth noting that 260 Bridge Cafe is across the street so if you were going to 'wait' for your car, that cafe (and quite frankly all of Bridge St) is at your disposal and totally within walking distance! The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pulled a few tire options for me at different price points. I ended up needing 3 tires since my opposite tire was old anyway and I had another tire with a nail in it! I was happy they were willing to do 3 instead of 4 tires, since #4 was only a few months old. I appreciated they didn't try to force me into a 4th tire just to make a sale. The location is good for waiting there because you can walk to a few places while you wait (Primos, Marshalls, etc.). My wait wasn't super short, but I was really just happy they were able to squeeze me in without anything scheduled in advance on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.
