Walked to the Raclette Factory from our hotel. Sat at a community table with a family from Argentina. They were so sweet. Their eleven year old was so animated and his parents were the sweetest. Fun to talk to them about travel, our mutual love of rollercoasters and science and the recent World Cup. The son loves Lamine Yamal. The dad is Team Messi. Our waiter, Flavio, made the evening our best choice. We really wanted to try a lot of different cheese flavors and combinations, so we had the Raclette All You Can Eat. Choose a couple of cheeses. Plain. Smoke. Garlic. Chili. White Wine. Red Wine. Blue cheese. Goat. Sheep. Truffle. Add toppings. It comes with pickles and pearl onions. Pickles and melted Raclette cheese. Unbelievably delicious. Add more toppings. Small potatoes, bread or mashed potatoes. So good! Started with the truffle and the red wine with the works, potatoes, mashed potatoes and cubes of bread. The truffle was my favorite of the cheeses and both the mashed potatoes and small potatoes were delicious. I think at the end we tried all of the cheeses but the original. We were stuffed!! Both indoor and outdoor seating is available but with how beautiful the scenery was, we definitely had to sit outside. Cows roam around the lush green grass as you enjoy your meal and everything feels so peaceful and serene. Our servers were very friendly and helpful and checked on us often to make sure everything was okay. While we didn't have any kids with us, the outdoor space also looked to be kid-friendly with a nearby swing set for children to use along with crayons and drawing sheets at the table to keeps kids occupied.
