The night before got my confirmation call in regards to my next day massage appointments. After showing up, my mother was brought in for her massage and after sitting for 15 minutes waiting for my RMT and watching the receptionist call over and over, and finally get a hold of her i was told she wont be coming in b/c she doesn't feel well. So glad that people take their jobs seriously to NOT bother calling into work and let the staff know. I then booked another appointment and waited out the hr for my mother. I had then booked my boyfriend and myself to go back to back for massages. He went in for his scheduled time, i waited the hour for my appointment then i was told that there was a mistake and my appointment is NOT today rather the following Saturday! When i spoke to the receptionist, i had her repeat 3 times my booking. The receptionist let me know that b/c of all the confusion she would add on an extra 30 mins to the massage when i come in. Well i went in, got ONLY 1 HOUR of a massage and was told that the manager cannot bill the RMT for only 30mins. WOW not true since the last time i was in there were many people waiting for their scheduled 30 min massages!!! HONESTLY, stay far away from this place!

You can choose from a range of days and times for all the available RMTs. You get an immediate e-mail confirmation, and another e-mail reminder the day before your appointment. The front entrance is a bit small and not too fancy, but you are always greeted nicely, and offered a choice of the day's hot and cold fresh tea offerings. You can change into slippers if you wish, and sip your tea if you have a few minutes before your appointment. Those are just the extras, and the best part is definitely the massage. Staff are so professional, very soothing, and you feel like you're in the hands (literally) of a capable healer. That might sound a bit odd but it is truly how you feel while you're there. I never feel rushed, and I am always asked each time about specific issues or trouble spots, or things to avoid. It amazes me how well everything I ask for can be accommodated and accomplished. 100% recommend.

The new clinic has the same calming energy, more rooms now and more therapists whom are all very professional, knowledgeable and genuine about your health but I do miss the sunny windows at the old place. This clinic is always really tidy and clean which is super important! They offer water and tea when you first walk in or after your treatment, and take the time to hear your concerns so they can plan an effective massage for you. They sell interesting products from pain reliever ointments to teas and candles. The online booking system is efficient so you can pick who you want to see and when instead of playing phone tag. Their prices are just above the average rmt prices but you are getting highly knowledgeable and skilled RMTs unlike a spa/groupon where you leave irritated that your upper traps are still in need of attention. Highly recommend this clinic
