But I…read morehave to say that people in the Brampton area is lucky to have such a nice studio in the community. 5 Element Yoga is in a historical building which used to be "The Old Shoe Factory" and now it is converted into units housing different businesses. A lot of the character of the interior has be preserved, like those brick walls.. the high ceilings all give the studio a really rustic feel. The class I attended is called YogaFusion.. This is NOT my normal yoga classes, but I do want to try something different. The class itself was interesting, the teacher blended Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into a vinyasa class?? There was some dancing flow involve too.. kind of like modern dance.. and I feel like I have two left feet. The class itself is a mixed level with more experience practitioners and some beginners.. wish there were more variations given.. BTW, the class suppose to start at 12:30 and end at 1:40..and it started late and it did not finish till 2 pm... I like the deco of the studio itself... can I say really "yoga Indian" feel??

The receptionist forgot our tea and water, but it was okay we completely forgot about it. The room was dimly lit with relaxation music. Then two ladies came in and had us soak our feet in a basin of warm-hot water before they started the treatment. They spoke very little English, but they made our feet felt amazing later! They were pretty good at adding more or less pressure when we told them. It was exactly what we needed. This is a great way to spend time with someone while getting a foot massage. We will definitely come back again!

Their facility is very clean and comfortable I highly recommend calling and booking an appointment before hand because they are very busy. I find that the foot reflexology helps improve my energy level, blood circulation, liver function and better sleep. Once you are seated in the room the masseuse brings you a hot cup of tea for you to enjoy while being massaged.

Remember to reconfirm your appointment the day before so you either have the male or female message therapist and time slot correct. Aside from that, the service is nice. You're offered a tea for your message. The rooms are clean and the decor is quite nice. The rooms are not quite sound proof but if you have the most back room it's can be quite relaxing.
