I had an appointment with a confirmation email that I booked on their online app for Saturday April 25th at 10:30am with Victor. I got there at 10:20. The next morning on Sunday April 26th at 10:50am the receptionist calls me to say that I had an appointment with Victor at 10:45 that morning. I had not made that appointment, she insisted that I did it online and that I was a no show and would have to pay the no show fee. I told her we have been clients there for over 10 years and never missed or were late for any appointments ever. She said well you missed this one and it's a no show. I told her I won't pay the fee and that I did not receive any confirmation email. We ended the call, and I went back into my emails. I called her back and went over every single email I received including their annual intake form which I filled out before my appointment, I went over the feedback email and dates and times and told her that I do not have any email that indicates that I made an appointment and did not keep it. She said well you did, you did it online and you are a no show. I told her again we have been coming for ever 10 years, and I would not pay this fee as it must be some issue on their end. She said, we are revoking your privileges till you pay. I told her not to bother revoking my privileges, as neither I or my husband will ever return there - and she told me OK, I will make a note of that on your file. I have gone to Victor, George, Frank, Valeria and years before June and Benja for our therapy. We will not return. This is the difference that poorly trained customer service staff make on your business. RMT's here work at other locations too, and with many locations in Milton for massages, there is zero reason to ever come back here. This is how they treat a 10+ year customer. Zero customer service skills. That's what makes or breaks your business.
