Unlike other "doctors" offices, we got in that very morning. Dr. Bob was so very gentle, yet thorough. He gave Dave an adjustment, handed him an ice pack and told him to come back in 2 hours. When this all started my husband could not stand straight, barely walk and had to hold on to me for support. Within hours of the second adjustment he was feeling at least 75% better. Four days later he was able to dance at his son's wedding. A note to all: if you haven't tried chiropratic care - do yourself a favour and go. Very professional and friendly staff, however I received a food intolerance test with my first…read morevisit which came to $275, the test was $95. When I returned to get the results I was then charged another $85 for a 30 minute follow up that took 10 minutes. I was not told I would have to pay again and was under the impression the cost would be covered in the initial $95, considering I was just read the results of the test I already paid for. When I said something about this I was then told I had coverage and that my $1000 a year to cover everything (dental, prescriptions, etc.) was fairly good coverage.

I give this clinic 5 stars because I was in so much pain with my back and their receptionist and…read moremassage therapist were so accommodating to get me an appointment that day. The massage therapist worked on me for 1/2 hr and it's made a world of difference. I'll be back!
