The buffet meal included rolls, salad, a beef, a chicken, and a fish dish, ziti in sauce, mashed potatoes, vegetables, coffee, and chocolate chip cookies. Believe me, the quality of the food was a major topic of conversation. Folks loved the beef dish a lot. They put me in touch with someone who was donating and we picked it up within a week of asking. They also sent me home with a commode and chucks for the hospital bed.
