We've been disappointed with the response after our purchase. When we called to complain, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the sales representative (Pharis) implied that it was our fault for misunderstanding claiming to have given us a business card for a company that could help us (presumably for a ANOTHER charge). This was frustrating and felt misleading. While Pharis was friendly and helpful during the sales process, the incorrect information he gave us about delivery and the way the situation was handled afterward left us with a very negative impression. I also question the overall value when its ~750 (500 delivery + 250 removal) to get our couch delivered and the old one removed.
