The first was for an annual check up, which was very easy to schedule over the phone. At the end of this appointment, I tried to schedule a follow up appointment for some bloodwork and a vaccination. I was told that you cannot make appointments in-person and had to do so online, which I found a bit frustrating because I prefer making my follow ups while there so I don't forget. After my first visit, I was sent information via email regarding how to sign up for their online portal. I did so and attempted to make the follow up appointments I needed, sadly the website is tricky to navigate, and the "services" I needed, did not appear as options for me to select while scheduling. Five months later... I finally got around to calling and was able to make the appointment over the phone but learned that they no longer do bloodwork in house. I was easily able to schedule my vaccination appointment with options as early as the same day and next day. This week I arrived early by for my 8:15 AM appointment. I was seen about 10 minutes late, but that's fine. I was provided with paperwork regarding the vaccination I was receiving and then administered the vaccine. This process took about 10 minutes start to finish. After leaving, I realized that I do not have a follow up appointment scheduled yet, and will need one. I plan to call sooner than later to ensure I don't go another five months without returning. I've found the staff members to be kind and professional. I really liked Molly Lee, who did my annual as she was thorough and informative. In a perfect world, I'd be able to schedule my next appointments while there in person.

You have to pick a random name off of a list and suddenly that person is you go-to for every question and ailment. Unlike the crepes, other people's opinions could be really helpful for longer than a few hours... Fortunately for me, Dr. Graziani is a great doctor, so I don't have to stress about the relative ethics of bashing her on a public website. She is kind, thorough, smart, and gets an extra star for being the first doctor in awhile to take an invested interest in my nemesis, migraines. I'd recommend her. I am recommending her. I've been coming to Penn Center for Primary Care for many years, and overall I've had a very…read morepositive experience. Since it's a teaching practice, your primary care doctor may change once they complete their residency. However, the office does a good job of notifying you when your doctor is moving on and helping you transition to someone new. While I've had several different physicians over the years, I really don't have any major complaints. One of the biggest advantages is that all of your medical records stay within the practice. Each new doctor has access to your history before your appointment, so you don't have to start completely from scratch every time. Even though every provider has a different approach, I've found that most of the doctors I've seen take the time to listen, hear my concerns, and work with me to come up with a plan that fits my needs. That has made a big difference in my experience. Getting a routine appointment can sometimes take a little while, but if you're sick and call the nurse triage line, they're usually able to rearrange the schedule and get you seen much sooner. Check-in is also quick and easy. Parking is probably the biggest downside. They have a newer parking garage, but it's a bit of a walk to the office, which can be challenging if you have mobility issues. There isn't much handicap parking directly in front of the building most of it is around the corner. While I understand those spaces would likely fill up quickly, having a few closer to the entrance would be helpful. Ongoing construction in the area can also make getting there a little more difficult, although there is metered street parking if you're lucky enough to find a spot. Overall, the staff and providers have treated me well over the years, and despite the occasional parking and scheduling challenges, I'll continue coming here. It's a practice I feel comfortable recommending.
