Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the front door trim replacement. I provided photos and explained that I wanted something similar to the existing trim. We discussed flat PVC, and I specifically asked if it would be similar to what was already there, just without the decorative profile. The finished result was not what I expected, and the caulking and paint work did not look professionally finished. Paint was left on the concrete near the bottom door trim, and debris was left in the yard. The storm door also did not operate properly after the work--it no longer opened as far or closed/latch as it had before. Screws were also left stripped and shutters were bent. I had to carve out additional time for the company to return and try to correct the issues. I had also requested replacement of the smaller inner trim, but only after the work was completed was I told that it was part of the storm door and could not simply be replaced. I wish this had been explained during the estimate so I could have made an informed decision beforehand. The original project also included work on the garden hose connection. They ran into an issue and told me they would provide a new quote, but I never received one. Even if they ultimately couldn't complete the work, a follow-up letting me know would have been appreciated. Overall, the concrete work was good, but the door-trim workmanship, cleanup, communication, additional time required for corrections, and lack of follow-through left me disappointed.

Hired this company to install metal edging around the mulch area on my front lawn. However, after…read morejust a few months the edging has sunken. I was told by my neighbor and a landscape professional that this happened due to erosion. Ground Control Lawn Service failed to backfill during installation to keep the edging in place. I've contacted Andrew numerous times and have yet to receive a response. For the amount of money I paid for this entire service I am extremely disappointed and will not be using nor recommending this company to anyone.

Finally I decided to asphalt the driveway and to be done with it forever. I shopped around, got estimates from a handful of contractors, and went and looked at some of their work, new and old. Mr. Cooper is not a salesman, he is a second generation paver working with his son and crew. I feel much better working with the person who is going to do the work compared to a salesperson who is going to tell you how good the work is going to be.
