There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

Anytime if there is an issue, email the management office and the issue would be taken care of within a day or two. They are very reasonable people and easy to work with. One time my bank did not send the check on time and I got a mail with a late fee notice. I went to apologize to the office staff, and she waived the late fee. It was 10 days past the due day and she could have charged me. But they are not that kind of landlord. To my biggest surprise, I received a full refund of my security deposit after I moved out. I could not believe what I saw. If there is an apartment available from this company, I would definitely recommend renting with them.
