Destini in the office is AMAZING and has been such a joy to work with over the past few months, getting everything situated. I moved from NW Columbus from a 1 bed, 1 bath to Bridgestone, where I am getting a 2 bed, 2 bath for much cheaper. Not only is the rent super affordable, but my apartment was just updated, so it is super nice! Being on the first floor, I was nervous about noise from my upstairs neighbors, but it hasn't been bad at all! In fact, I have had more neighbors introduce themselves to me and welcome me to the complex in the past week than I had my entire four years at my old apartment. In short, I am extremely pleased so far with my experience at Bridgestone Apartments. I can't wait to see how this new chapter in my life goes :-)

The apartment was very spacious, with many fine finishes, stainless steel appliances, cable, WiFi, security system and more, as well as an attached garage. Amenities were extraordinary, including a year round pool, gym, walking paths, and a very comfortable clubhouse complete with a Starbucks machine that provides freshly ground and brewed coffee on demand. In summary, the apartment home at The Square at Latham Park was a wonderful space, and the location was more of a community than an apartment complex.

I get it, but for a place as nice as this you would expect valet trash or something like that... soooo when i look out my gorgeous windows i always see the neighbors trash. Pretty lame. And on top of that they don't recycle.

I love living here its a beautiful community and they keep it looking very nice all the time. If I have a work order it's taken care of in a very quick manner. I have lived in this community for over 3 years now and I have to disagree with some of the…read morenegative comments. Is the trash bad some days? Sure, however, it is always cleaned up almost instantly! Too often I see people who just sit their trash right outside the dumpster area instead of taking a few extra steps to use the dumpster as designed. I live right across from it and I see this almost every day, and every day I watch as the maintenance and even the management team have to go outside to pick up someone else's trash because of complete laziness. The office staff and maintenance have always been a pleasure to work with! I have seen them interact with people when I go into the office or while they are walking around people looking to move here and they always greet everyone with a smile and a wave. Any maintenance issues I have had has always been responded to in a prompt manner. Please dont let the negative comments deter you from moving here! This is a wonderful and friendly community. My children enjoy it here, me and my husband enjoy it here, my neighbors enjoy it here. It is a very convenient location and a quiet and clean community, what more could you ask for!!! A pool... I was 3 days late on rent and when I came to pay, Nicki said they would not accept my rent -- but didn't file for eviction for 14 days after that I had to move out with my 2 yr old daughter (we are currently living in my car) and even though I begged them and expressed I had nowhere else to go, they refused to take my payment... I also applied with Impact for rental assistance the first week I moved in.. I was put on an expedited list that would have had my money in two weeks tops-- they refused to send the necessary documents UNTIL I moved out !! The people in the neighborhood call the police EVERYDAYYY for ANYTHING.. I was watching Game of Thrones and the cops come banging on my door. When I opened the door they said, "Oh you must've just turned down the loud music." NEVER PLAYED LOUD MUSIC... it was sooo promising when I first came but you will learn the wicked truth sooner or later. And good luck speaking to the owner lol they make it impossible to talk to anyone but NICKI. I wrote a previous review when I first came.. sorry if I tricked you into moving there..
