Really great, friendly, knowledgeable company. SO much better than the company who installed the elevator in price and service!

Our renters were displaced for approximately four hours, the repair was not completed, and the elevator was left locked and unusable without anyone clearly explaining what had happened. My calls the following day were not returned. Our property manager ultimately had to arrange for the technicians to return on Saturday with the correct parts. We had to compensate two groups of renters a total of $750 because of the disruption and loss of the elevator, including guests traveling with elderly parents. Accredited refused our request for any credit or meaningful accommodation. What has been most upsetting is the company's complete unwillingness to let me speak with a manager or make any effort to repair the customer relationship. I repeatedly asked for management to contact me. I was even told in writing that management was reviewing the situation and would call me that day. No manager ever called. Instead of acknowledging the failed visit, poor communication, and financial loss their handling caused, the company would not give an inch or offer any reasonable solution. Their response essentially amounted to: read the fine print in last year's contract and go away. They also blamed the elevator emergency partly on our supposedly not having a service contract, even though we had paid for a Gold Service Plan. Their own records later confirmed that the annual maintenance included in that plan had never been performed. I told a representative more than once that I was not renewing without first speaking with management. No manager called, yet Accredited charged my credit card $639.75 for a purported renewal. I received no renewal reminder, invoice, or receipt before discovering the charge, which I have disputed with my card issuer. A company can make a mistake. What matters is how it responds afterward. Accredited's refusal to provide management access, accept any responsibility, or make even a modest effort to resolve the situation is why I cannot recommend this company.

The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and communicated well. And Dave the GM was very easy to work with. They provided a written quote for the work to be done and there were no surprises with the final bill. We have used other elevator companies in the past that were not as competent nor as transparent. Will definitely used them again.

If you had mentioned at that juncture that you would charge me $845 whether you repaired the elevator or not, I would have never engaged your company! FACT-Your advice to me was to get another repair company to do the job, with a steadfast refusal to return any of my payment. Your charge was way outside of reasonable when you consider your subcontractor was here for less than 1 hour, which is the total investment in this job for your company. He looked at different views of the rollers, and left with the elevator in the exact same condition as when he got there. You also recommended that I could consider directly contracting with your subcontractor to make repairs, but that it would have nothing to do with HERM-the deal would be between him and me, and that is not what I contracted for. sometimes in business you have to chalk up minor losses as a cost of doing business, but none of that has happened here...
