To Whom It May Concern, or anyone thanking to use this attorney office…read more I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding how my matter was handled by your office. My case was verbally accepted, confirmed in writing, and supported by a signed retainer agreement. Based on those representations, I reasonably relied on your firm to represent me. I ceased pursuing alternative counsel and operated under the understanding that my legal matter was actively being handled. After several months, I received notice that your firm would no longer be representing me. Acceptance of representation -- particularly when accompanied by a signed retainer agreement -- establishes a professional obligation. A delayed withdrawal after months of reliance has the potential to prejudice a client's legal position and materially impact deadlines, strategy, and available remedies. Additionally, the extended period of communication prior to and during representation created the clear understanding that my case was being properly evaluated and pursued. If there were concerns regarding viability, scope, or internal review processes, those should have been communicated transparently and in a timely manner. The prolonged delay, followed by withdrawal, created unnecessary hardship and confusion. Clients rely heavily on the representations made by counsel, especially when formal agreements are executed. Furthermore, your public advertising suggests strong advocacy and commitment to individuals seeking representation. My experience, however, has left me questioning whether cases are prioritized primarily based on projected financial value rather than merit and circumstance. At the end of the day if they feel your case is not value of thousands or millions don't waste you time with this worthless fly by night so call with the words of "I got this" yea you got nothing.. After I see all the reviews I will say any the good 3 stars or better is more likely is a paid review or someone work for the company

His…read morepractice just relocated to the Topeka Blvd. location right near the capitol building of Topeka, Kansas , and his new office is somewhat spacious. He has by my count about 6 other people on staff supporting him and judging from their interactions and work done for me, I suspect the support staff are as competent as it gets. Friendly and caring from the outset, Roger and his staff approached my lawsuit with professionalism. It is my direct personal experience that Roger and his staff provided me with attentive and zealous representation. No case is perfect . The role of the law firm is to get the best outcome for their client with a reasonable fee. Roger Fincher represented me and my interests to the best extent possible and achieved what I have concluded to be the best outcome possible. Life sucks. Sometime, life really sucks. If you think you've been hurt and can benefit from the services of Roger Fincher, just talk to him and see what he has to say. I think you'll be satisfied, just as I am. You can let life get you down, or you can take action. In the paraphrased words of a conversation between actors Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins in Shawshank Redemption "It comes down to a simple choice, really. Get busy living, or get busy dying." Roger Fincher is a competent attorney with great staff and he helped me in my personal injury lawsuit to achieve what I feel is the best outcome possible.

And if it's your first time having to hire an attorney, it can be an intimidating and nerve wracking thing. When you hear the word "attorney", what comes to mind? Stuffy? Arrogant? Just looking for a paycheck? Looking out for themselves instead of you? Worse things? Take the opposite of those things, and that's what you've found in Ben Schmitt. Ben will take the time to get to know you and your situation... really listens, and THEN makes a determination of where you're at and what your options are based on his years of experience. It's a refreshing change of pace in the legal world, trust me. Very down to earth gentleman who treats his clients and their situations with respect. A word of (good) warning - Ben does not mince words and will give it to you straight, even when it's something that may be difficult to hear. That's a good thing. You don't want an attorney who will coddle you and draw things out. Calm, professional and polite when that's what the situation calls for, a hard nosed bulldog when it's necessary and all points in between, Ben will do what it takes to get you the best possible resolution to your issue. And that's exactly what you want. Charges a more than fair fee for the services he provides, and at the end of the road you'll be happy you paid it. Trust me folks, if you need an attorney you want the best you can get in your corner - and that's exactly what you get in Ben Schmitt.
