I'm writing this post to briefly share my experience with Denise Kirby. While I ultimately did not…read moreretain her as my attorney, I had several meaningful conversations with her that left a lasting impression. From the start, Denise demonstrated genuine care for her clients. She was upfront, candid, and transparent in every conversation we had. It's clear that if you choose to work with her, she will commit fully to your case and do everything within her power to help you achieve a favorable outcome. And if, for any reason, she cannot take on your case, she will still keep your best interests in mind by referring you to another trusted professional. A few years ago, while searching for legal representation, I did extensive research--making phone calls, reviewing qualifications, and weighing my options carefully. After days of effort, I narrowed it down to two attorneys, and Denise was my top choice. She checked every box in terms of what I was looking for: experience, communication, and a clear ability to fight effectively on behalf of her clients. We had a detailed conversation about my case, and I told her directly that she was the attorney I wanted on my side. But in that same discussion, she did something unexpected--she recommended I go with the other attorney I had been considering. This wasn't because she doubted the strength of my case or lacked the desire to help. On the contrary, she was forthright about her current caseload and explained that, as a solo practitioner, she didn't want to compromise the level of attention my case deserved. That kind of self-awareness and honesty is rare, and I respected her even more for it. What struck me most was her integrity. Even though she didn't take my case, I knew she was exactly the kind of attorney I wanted: capable, honest, and committed to giving her clients the best possible representation--even if that means stepping back when necessary. Some time later, I reached out to Denise again to update her on my case and get her thoughts as I navigated ongoing legal matters. Just as before, she was open, honest, and insightful. Speaking with her always left me feeling heard, understood, and more confident in my next steps. Her communication style is grounded, respectful, and real. She may not always tell you what you want to hear--but she'll tell you what you need to know. And that kind of candor is invaluable. It's important for clients to understand that an attorney's job is to defend your interests to the best of their abilities--it's not to shoulder the burden of your situation. Some attorneys will care deeply; others may be more transactional. But in Denise's case, she clearly cares. She communicates with compassion, but also with clarity and conviction. In our most recent conversation, she offered thoughtful reassurance on the questions I had and provided insight that I truly appreciated. It affirmed everything I had felt during our earlier discussions. Bottom line: If you're fortunate enough to establish an attorney-client relationship with Denise Kirby, consider yourself in exceptionally capable hands. While I haven't seen her in the courtroom, I've spoken with her at length--and if your intuition is telling you she's the right attorney for you, trust it. Go with Denise.

To Whom It May Concern, or anyone thanking to use this attorney office…read more I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding how my matter was handled by your office. My case was verbally accepted, confirmed in writing, and supported by a signed retainer agreement. Based on those representations, I reasonably relied on your firm to represent me. I ceased pursuing alternative counsel and operated under the understanding that my legal matter was actively being handled. After several months, I received notice that your firm would no longer be representing me. Acceptance of representation -- particularly when accompanied by a signed retainer agreement -- establishes a professional obligation. A delayed withdrawal after months of reliance has the potential to prejudice a client's legal position and materially impact deadlines, strategy, and available remedies. Additionally, the extended period of communication prior to and during representation created the clear understanding that my case was being properly evaluated and pursued. If there were concerns regarding viability, scope, or internal review processes, those should have been communicated transparently and in a timely manner. The prolonged delay, followed by withdrawal, created unnecessary hardship and confusion. Clients rely heavily on the representations made by counsel, especially when formal agreements are executed. Furthermore, your public advertising suggests strong advocacy and commitment to individuals seeking representation. My experience, however, has left me questioning whether cases are prioritized primarily based on projected financial value rather than merit and circumstance. At the end of the day if they feel your case is not value of thousands or millions don't waste you time with this worthless fly by night so call with the words of "I got this" yea you got nothing.. After I see all the reviews I will say any the good 3 stars or better is more likely is a paid review or someone work for the company
