History
Established in 2001.
In 2002, Christopher Joseph joined the firm as the Managing Member of the Topeka office. In the coming years, Joseph would become a major player in state and federal criminal defense. In 2010, it opened its Lawrence office. In 2012, Julia Craft joined the firm's leadership. With decades of experience and a distinguished reputation in family law, Craft took the helm of the firm's growing domestic practice. The firm was renamed Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC. In 2016, the firm added its Overland Park, KS office. In 2019, the firm added its Kansas City, MO office. The Firm has more than tripled in size since its inception and remains dedicated to superior courtroom litigation. The firm has well-established practice groups for Criminal Defense, Personal Injury Litigation, Family Law, Professional Liability Defense, and Civil Defense Litigation.
Meet the Business Owner: Christopher J.
Chris Joseph represents individuals and businesses during the investigation and prosecution of criminal charges in federal and state courts. He also represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation, primarily in federal court. He leads the firm's criminal and civil asset forfeiture practice groups.
Mr. Joseph received his juris doctorate in 2000 from the University of Kansas School of Law.
After law school, Mr. Joseph was admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, all other Kansas courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. In 2001, he was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was admitted to practice in the Western District of Missouri in 2005 and the United States Supreme Court in 2017.
Mr. Joseph is an active leader in the legal community and maintains top ratings in reviews by both clients and peers.
