The lady told her how much she needed to pay and that she would get back to her if they needed anything else. After she paid fees to the attorney's office, she never got a receipt. So she called and emailed several times to see if everything was taken care of. They never got back to her. She assumed everything was taken care of since she never heard back. Come eight months later, she gets a letter from the courthouse saying she needs to appear in court for tickets that she nor her attorney showed up for. She was told by the attorney's office that she didn't have to go to court; they would take care of everything.
