Shoutout also to Ali Gascoigne: every time I spoke to her she was very polite and very helpful in keeping me updated on my case. read more

Jordan Morton represented me in my divorce. She did a great job for me in a rather emotional case. She is a very diligent attorney. She communicated with me outstandingly. Marissa was horrible. Hired in a high conflict custody case and failed to perform-period! Judge asked why are we here today? She was silent and when respondent's counsel went way off subject...still crickets on the other end. This was after an hour phone call in advance of hearing to confirm what she needed to get across in that hearing. This is just one example. Missed multiple deadlines. Did not notify of waiving objections and ability to waive was lost. Didn't review material sent to her or prepare for hearings, other than when she could bill me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. read more

I fully recommend Brandan Davies. I had an unfortunate situation that required his legal services. Throughout this process, Brandan was upfront, honest, and transparent. His communication was great. He told me exactly what our plan of action was, what possible outcomes we could expect (within reason), and the details of how the law applied in my situation. Most importantly, this was a highly stressful time for me, with potential negative effects on my personal life and business; I could tell Brandan genuinely cared about how I was doing and did an amazing job at putting me at ease during this situation. In the end we were able to secure a victory! I am able to put this behind me without any negative impact because of Brandan's professionalism and hard work. I cannot thank him enough. I understand each situation is different, but I believe if anyone needs legal representation and also wants the peace of mind knowing you have a great person to help you navigate the challenge, Brandan is the guy to call. He gets results. read more

I spoke to multiple attorneys about my DUI case who all suggested I plead guilty and go with a diversion program. Brandan Davies was the only attorney who did not feel like I should just settle and actually listened to me. Brandan was a fighter for my case and I am so thankful for him. My case ended with no charges, not guilty and I have my drivers license. 100% recommend. read more

We live on the Missouri side. The lawyer that we used was only licensed in Missouri, but we needed a Kansas lawyer. A lawyer at the MO firm, recommended Brandan Davies to us which is always a good sign. Then ironically, he had helped our son on an issue previously. It was definitely a sign to use him. Brandan was professional, thorough, and efficient. He went the extra mile to resolve our issue. Know that you will be in safe and capable hands. Thanks for all your help. read more

Let's be honest, whenever you seek legal help it is already an uncomfortable, and unfortunate situation. Not knowing and understanding the law may result in serious legal issues. I've recieved a charge of Obstructing Legal Processing for not providing my identity after being harrassed by 3 police officers. In result, the charge was a minor criminal offense. I was unsure how to proceed this matter, because I've never got in trouble before. Brandan is an amazing lawyer who represent his clients with the greatest care, consideration, and transparency from beginning to end. I was more than happy that my case will be dismissed after 6months, and paid a small amount of a Diversion fee. He also got my other ticket dismissed for free which is driving a vehicle without a temporary tag 10mins after the vehicle was inspected, and was already on my way to the DMV to get it registed. I'm beyond lucky to have Brandan as my lawyer, and thank you for handling my cases. If anyone needs strong, competent, compassionate representation, look no further than the Roth Davies, LLC. You'll get a result, guaranteed. read more

Had the unfortunate opportunity to hire a lawyer in Olathe, KS. Brandan Davies made himself available at short notice, was attentive, was knowledgeable, and overall was a nice guy. So why the poor review? He was inattentive to detail, and unprepared when it came to my case. Not the billing. He was very attentive to billing - like the three trips, in one week, to the court house and back to pick up "discs of evidence". As a tourist transiting the Olathe area attending my court dates were a major inconvenience and expense. Brandon failed to communicate with the ADA regarding court dates and proper format. This wasted my time and money. In retrospect I would have been much better off handling this directly with the ADA without a lawyer. Did he get a first time offender/veteran off without additional jail time on a misdemeanor? Yes. 30 days suspended, one year probation. $261 court costs, $4,500 lawyer bill. read more

As an observer (and member) of the legal community for many years (okay, I'm old) Jason Roth and his firm have impressed me as a breath of fresh air - the quality and experience of big firm lawyers with the humility and personal touch of the small town lawyer. My case was of speeding and was resolved to my liking. I was traveling through the County where the ticket was received and my worry was attending court so far away. Todd Hauser at Roth Davies, LLC was able to reduce the speeding violation to an eligible amount for diversion. Since I don't live and will most likely not pass through the county, I am very satisfied with the end result. read more

When you need to seek legal assistance it's usually a unpleasant situation! I received a moving violation ticket and was lost in what to do about it since this was my very first ever. After some research and talking to several different attorneys-I was recommended to call this firm and spoke with Brandon and with his guidance he asked me to contact his associate Lauren. Well among all this that corona 19 had everything shut down and I felt stressed knowing everything was closed--knowing that my court dates was extended to mid March 2020. It felt like I consistently had a heavy weight on my shoulders. Not knowing and never had a ticket was tough to handle. But this firm was able to get everything done without me having to court. I was surprised when they called me today and wanted to know my address so they can send me a slight refund from the fees I paid to them. It was a surprise to me any time you get a refund is a plus. If there would be any situation that I need legal guidance with the court system they would be the first I'll call in the future. For those out there that need legal help this is the firm to call. I'm greatly pleased with them and hope you will be also. read more

Awesome service! If you ever have a traffic issue I would highly recommend Brandan Davies. He represented me in a traffic issue regarding no insurance on my car due to a change of card oversight on my part and got me into a diversion program to avoid a conviction for lack of insurance. We should have been all done but I was having trouble getting what I needed out of the insurance company that I needed to provide in court. He ended up staying on the phone with me and USAA for 56 minutes to help me get what I needed for the court. I honestly don't think I would have gotten what I needed without his assistance even after he was technically done with what he was contractually obligated to provide me. He definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with these types of issues. read more

Brandan Davies was great to work with. He was able to take care of my speeding ticket with very little involvement from me. After I gave him my ticket information and paid the fee we agreed on, he assured me that he would take care of it. Sure enough, a few weeks later I received an email from him that the ticket had been amended, and that he was able to get it done cheaper than he quoted, so I will be receiving a check for the difference! I'm very glad that I hired Brandan Davies to handle my speeding ticket! read more
