I filed my taxes there beginning of the month. I always do my taxes but this year had no time to do it so thought I could stop by get it done. They seemed nice enough in the begining but don't let that fool you. There fees are very expensive to just read from a computer program. No one there really has a vast knowledge of tax laws and guidelines and if they do they sure don't act like they know. Please also do not fall for the piece of mind scam either. Because when it comes down to it they do not truly have ur back as they will lead you to believe. So now after paying over 500 dollars in fees and many many many unreturned phone calls from them i have been trying to take care of all this on my own. I can't tell you what to do but be very very Leary before you step in the door. Please verify any information that they tell you before you officially fork over the fees.

I was looking for alternatives and noticed that Jackson Hewitt would do it for only $149 for new customers. They have boldly announced "NO HIDDEN FEES". I was skeptical about the pricing but they assured me that it is accurate. I submitted my paperwork in one of the stores, the next day I got a call that they would not honor the price and that I should go to another store. When I called the other store, they told me that they would not honor the price as it would mean giving me a discount of $550. When I went to collect my paperwork from the first store, she informed me the store in the local Walmart would honor the price. When I called this 3rd store, she agreed to do it for $149. After dropping off the paperwork, she called me to inform me that her boss declined to honor the price.

I was going through the recent passing of my mother at the time and I do graphic design and I wanted to do a huge blown up tribute to my mother. I wanted to make sure that the picture was clear and beautiful and I just wasn't sure about all the other places about whether they could deliver what I wanted. So when I came to this place I came with a little hesitancy and uncertainty mainly due to the request that I was needing and the sincerity and urgency of my need. First of all the staff were extremely friendly and offered their condolences for my loss. When I showed them what I had made they even complimented me on it and when I expressed to them what I wanted they immediately assured me that they could do so. I was even given the option of choosing to wait while it was completed, or I could leave and return. Due to the nature of my need, I decided to stay and wait. The finished product was absolutely beautiful they gave me exactly what I asked for and for a beautiful price, they did such a wonderful job with the first tribute that I made a second one in honor of my mom and they did wonderful with it as well. A lot of the prices in town were pretty expensive compared to this place so I had decided from that day forward that any printing work that I need it done this would be the place I come to. Little did I know that six months after my mom passed, I would be coming again for pretty much the same thing when my mom's sister passed away and her family was seeking my graphic design ability to do a tribute to their mom which was my aunt. Copyco came through again and blew up the picture to the beautiful size that I needed . it was so beautifully done. They have never let me down and everything that I've asked them to do and to do it under the pressure due to the situation of grieving and loss, They came through like troopers. I highly recommend copy Co. for all of your printing. They are the real deal, and with every work that they do they put their heart behind it.

Surprisingly enough, Lawrence is a cool college town but there are little options for people who…read moreneed binding or photocopying. There is FedEx Kinko's downtown and who wants to brave traffic and parking for one binding job? Not me. There is Office Depot but they charge an great deal more than Copy Co for the same job. Copy Co has been in a business for a long time. They never seem to have a large volume of business but they are always steady with customers. I have never had to wait in line for very long and, even if you did, they make it pleasant. There is a bank of couches lined up against a wall just for customers who are waiting for orders. Darn it! I've never had such luck. They look so comfy I do not think I would mind waiting. The staff is always friendly and they understand what you need even when your job might be unusual. They have made special customized creations for me when a particular need arose, too. All their work has been high quality and reasonably priced. I have made black/white and color copies there, personalized calendars, book and project binding and lamination services. I have never been disappointed in the finished product. Copy Co has also produced my work in a timely manner. I have never had to wonder when my projects would be finished. I like the piece of mind this allows me. It is easy to access the store, too. There is no problem with parking or ease of access. Easy in, easy out. Highly recommended for the types of jobs that need to be done inexpensively, quickly and dependably.

It's not hard to just be nice and show customer service but somehow she comes off as entitled or thinking she is better than others. It's just insurance it shouldn't be this hard to deal with her. She couldn't understand simple questions when I asked how to get aces to my own account during a separation. And refused me access. Eventually I found out by another State Farm location there were plenty of things she could have done. Who knows if she knows what she is doing or that she could have. Dealing with her having an attitude or not understanding what you are asking. My soon to be ex said she was always a bitch in every interaction with her. Needless to say my soon to be ex didn't pay our insurance as agreed to while we were separated and now I have to deal with non payment on auto insurance. And some how it's my fault for him changing the passwords and address with her as he was the main account holder but I'm not allowed to get access to the account but still my fault for not calling. Even though I did and she said I couldn't kick him off his own account. After asking how can I make sure the payment is made on a separate account or separate access. I'm filling a report with the Missouri Department of commerce and insurance. Go with someone who is more experienced.

David called me back and said he wouldn't quote life with his main insurance company because my husband is a diabetic, even though all the other agencies I got quotes from didn't have a problem. He said there was another company he goes through for life anyway, but he wanted to know if I was going to get the auto and home insurance with him. I said I hadn't made a decision, yet. That I was quoting several agencies, to which he acted surprised. So I clarified if he was going to quote life or not and he said he wouldn't because he was afraid "I was playing him!" Excuse me? Just because I'm getting quotes from other people??? I told him that I get several quotes on things like this before I make a decisions. That I felt that was the responsible thing to do.
