We did one move with him and he was the consummate professional, did not leave us u til the job was done. Exceeded all our criteria and to our toddle son, he was "uncle" for a week. Fast forward to our next move... he comes for a walk thru, discusses the entire job, and agrees to a rate for the work. On the night before the job is scheduled to begin, he makes up some garbage excuse as to why he can't do the job. Leaves us high and dry with 2 children moving into a new apartment with a lot of work to do. I would not recommend this person to my worst enemy. Unreliable, untrustworthy, and does not care about your or your job. If you can get him he does good work. But he can't be trusted until he's on premise with equipment doing the job.

This review is for painting services rendered…read more The painter and his team did a horrible job with my new home. I hired him to paint the interior of my home including rooms and bathrooms. It was not supposed to be a laborious job as he was to only paint the walls (no ceilings, baseboard, trim, etc.). 1. The painter is unresponsive -- rarely answering phone calls and texts: a) One instance was where I scheduled personal time off from work to have him come in and paint on a day he committed to earlier that week. I call him the day before to confirm and I receive no response, however I proceeded to take the time off because he committed to this date earlier in the week. He writes me in the morning of that he apologizes for not answering and that he will not be coming in. b) Another instance was where he calls me at 10pm asking if he can come in to paint starting at 7am the next day (9 hour notice). I told him no. 2. What he commits to does not match what is delivered at the end: a) The painting was to include tape. I noticed he was painting without it but ensured me that he will do a great job without it. I do not like to micromanage so I trusted him and his team as the professionals to know what they were doing. As a result, I have paint on my baseboards, ceilings, tiles, and random places throughout the house. To the visible eye, you can see that tape was not used throughout my house. My husband and I told him we are not comfortable with his work and proceeded to walk him through the house to remediate. He had an explanation for each one. Instead my husband and I decided to pay him and have him leave our house and we will finish up. We have tried to remove the paint and have tried to paint over his work. Some of the mistakes have been corrected but some cannot be fixed. We moved in to this home three weeks ago and I am so disappointed with the work that was done. b) When hiring the painter I asked him if he can complete this house in 40 hours. He said it can be done. At the completion of 40 hours, these painters only completed half of what we had asked of them. Including rooms they began but did not finish. When we got to 40 hours, we were told they could finish this project for an additional charge. Bear in mind, at the beginning of this project he assured me he can complete this in 40 hours. The last two weekends with my husband has been spent painting the remainder of the house we were under the impression would be completed when we contracted the deal. In less words, I suggest not working with this company for painting.

Despite our best efforts, our…read moreworst nightmare became a reailty when our 5-month-old pooch, Lincoln, decided he wanted to take a pee while he was on the sofa. This was a brand new, very expensive, piece of furniture from Italy. Lincoln is normally not allowed on the sofa but he started playing on it the moment I turned my back to wash some dishes. I was devastated. I tried all of the tricks online -- soak with water, warm water, distilled water, dish-washing soap, vinegar, and I even bought a number of very expensive urine cleaners from the pet store. Nothing worked. I called at least 10 upholstery cleaners in the area and all of them didn't even want to attempt to clean it after talking to me on the phone and said that urine stain removal is nearly impossible -- especially after a few days. I was at my wits end, and mentally prepared myself to say goodbye to my brand new couch. Then, I called Ricardo at Quality Cleaning. He was honest -- and said the job wouldn't be easy but agreed to come take a look. Less than 24 hours later, he was at my door with his steam cleaner. He worked a MIRACLE that day. The stain was completely gone and unrecognizable. He cleaned the entire couch in a matter of an hour. He was kind, courteous, on-time, professional, and most importantly he was successful. I was so happy, I literally almost gave him a hug. Lincoln is happy too -- because we forgave him and he's no longer in the doghouse. :-)
