As a disclaimer: this is the first time I've used the services of a funeral home. I did call around…read morebefore selecting Webb Noonan, but I don't have a lot to compare them to. That said, after this experience, I can't imagine anything at all that I would change or want to be different, so I feel very comfortable with my five-star rating. Webb Noonan Kidd handled the funeral for my little brother. Obviously this was a very difficult time, and working with Erin, the funeral director, things were made as easy for me as possible. There was no pressure, and I was made to feel as though my questions and uncertainties were normal and acceptable. The facility is old, but beautiful and spacious, and comfortably held well over a hundred people for our memorial service. The facility included seating, standing room, a modest kitchenette, a room with toys to entertain small children, a podium for speaking, an outdoor area, and significant parking. The services offered were compatible with modern living and dying; we were able to provide an Apple Music playlist for our own music. We were able to provide a flash drive with photos to be rotated through during the service. They were able to handle the logistics of his choice to donate his body to science, and organ donation. For clarifications, I was able to text and get answers back without having to play phone tag. They made obituary preparation easy. As I said, I can't think of anything I would change to make the experience better, and the people I dealt with were compassionate, professional, and adaptive to my needs and style. I highly, highly recommend them, and wouldn't be surprised if people were dying to have their service at Webb Noonan Kidd.

The home is absolutely beautiful with several rooms you can sit in upstairs to get away from it all if you need to. Their is even a play room for younger children. I will say when my time comes that is where I will be seen last.

Their kindness & service to the family was just excellent. The site itself is a wonder- it doesn't look/smell/feel like a funeral home at all: it's a large home filled with beautiful antique furniture & art. There was plenty of room for family & friends, they allowed us to bring in & set up our own food for the repass and provided quick turnaround on room set-up. They treated everyone with kindness and dignity- what wonderful people serving families during sad times. Their service (and the house!) was very impressive.

Or switch up the guest lists for each option to make some more intimate than others. Life celebrations are fun and exciting, focusing on the good things in life. You can implement music, dancing, sports teams, talents, and a life sketch video into your life celebration. My father holds a Class A license, so avoiding points on his record was extremely important. Andrew was able to negotiate and resolve the matter by having the citation amended to a non-moving equipment violation with 0 points assessed. We were very happy with the outcome. Communication was clear throughout the process, and he responded promptly whenever we had questions. I highly recommend Andrew Mick to anyone looking for an attorney who is efficient, knowledgeable, and truly works to get the best possible result for his clients.

I replied back that evening, stating I had already written up a summary for both matters and that they might want to look them over before a discussion, to properly assess the matters. 3/18/25: I heard nothing. 3/19/25: I heard nothing. 3/19/25: I filled out a followup webform thinking maybe my email was marked as spam. I also followed up with a message on their answering service. 3/20/25: I received a form-letter response indicating that "based on the details I had provided" (mind you, I hadn't provided ANY yet), the firm was not interested in my case. I emailed back asking how such a determination could have been made when they had failed to respond to my question regarding the delivery of those details. I heard nothing. 3/21/25: I heard nothing. 3/24/25: I located a different "office" email address online and emailed the details of my experience, asking a supervisor to get back to me explaining how such a thing could happen (as a business owner myself, if an employee of mine were rejecting business without thoroughly assessing, I'd want to know). 3/25/25: I've still heard nothing, and don't expect to at this point... I'd like to say this was an isolated incident, but the reality is, 4 different times, via 3 different contact methods, messages were ignored, so that tends to suggests this is "business-as-usual" for them. I hope you all have better luck, but I don't get the sense these folks really care. It's a shame, because one of the attorneys came highly recommended.
