So, we took it back, and now, 2 months later, we got it back, "fixed," for the time being. However, 2 of the feet on the bottom of the microwave were missing. Apparently they were broken off, and they tried to silicon something in its place. The 2 missing feet were gone when we got it. I don't recommend going here at all for appliance repairs.

I had to call him repeatedly for 3 days to try and find out what he diagnosed. This is very bad business for the customer to have to try and track down the business owner for the results. Matthew, that worked with me was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything well and finished it in a timely matter within an hour so I was pleased the last estimate he gave me to fix. It was a little bit more than what I wanted to pay for a new one, but such is good labor, and service. If you need to have something repaired, I recommend these guys if you can't afford it just bypass it and see about fixing yourself.
