So, we took it back, and now, 2 months later, we got it back, "fixed," for the time being. However, 2 of the feet on the bottom of the microwave were missing. Apparently they were broken off, and they tried to silicon something in its place. The 2 missing feet were gone when we got it. I don't recommend going here at all for appliance repairs.

Made based to anybody having problems with their microwave unless the microwave is over $500 just replace it by the time you have somebody diagnostic and repair it, you are in the $450 range. Matthew, that worked with me was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything well and finished it in a timely matter within an hour so I was pleased the last estimate he gave me to fix. It was a little bit more than what I wanted to pay for a new one, but such is good labor, and service. If you need to have something repaired, I recommend these guys if you can't afford it just bypass it and see about fixing yourself.

Two weeks later, I was told the motherboard was fine and that they had replaced the charging port, but the cord pin was broken, so they ordered a new one. A week later, I went in and it was the wrong size. They ordered the right one. A week later, I went in and picked up the new charging cord. It didn't work. Brought the cord and laptop back in and was told a week later that the motherboard was bad and a replacement would be nearly the price of a new laptop. I was literally without a laptop for nearly a month and a half. Today, my daughter mentioned she had her laptop fixed by another tech place in town called The Rex Tech, which is literally across the street from El-Genes. I rushed my laptop in, they flushed the BIOS twice, found me a cord and I was in and out in 2 hours with a working laptop.
