She asked if I've had an MRI. I had not so she refers me again and only after demanding I want an MRI based on what my doctor said did they give me one. What do you know they find a cyst in my knee. I'm almost 6 months post-op and my knee still doesn't feel right. Don't go to physical therapy either. They charge you and arm and a leg and it's not helpful AT ALL!

I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist, which immediately made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was fast and easy, and I was called back right on time. The CNA who assisted me was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I saw Jen, the Nurse Practitioner, and she was absolutely excellent--polite, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about my right knee issues. She took the time to answer every question I had and didn't end the appointment until she made sure I understood everything clearly. Overall, this was a truly positive experience. My wife experienced excruciating pain after a hip replacement. They would not even acknowledge…read morethat the pain was severe. She told the nurse that the pain was worse than giving birth. The nurse said no it isn't. The only drug prescribed was Tramadol which is for moderate pain. I had my knee done elsewhere and was automatically given Tramadol and Percocet. Percocet is much stronger.

While sitting there I overheard an elderly woman talking to one of the women at the reception desk. She was explaining to the gal about how she had injured herself previously, and just generally chatting with the lady. I looked at the gal behind the desk and she wasn't even acknowledging her. I thought this was kind of rude and not very good customer service.
