Dr. Ritzenhaler reviewed my case and did chiropractic adjustments. I haven't had those in a long time and they certainly helped me out.

Jay Meverden is top-notch; both in knowledge and in integrity. After a couple of visits, he told me…read morethat my issues were not skeletal or structural, & that I needed to pursue answers via medical. The issue turned out to be that I needed orthotics; something my knee doctor never brought up as a solution or an option. He is honest & knowledgeable & I would highly recommend him. Hope he never retires!

My husband sees Dr. Kaiser pretty regularly and convinced me to give her a try. I went in a few weeks ago for the first time and Dr. Kaiser made me feel completely at ease. She is incredibly nice and explains everything. I was so glad my first experience was here at this clinic. I went in three times and while I still have some numbness - which is most likely a nerve issue and not something Dr. Kaiser can't really fix, she adjusted my sacrum and some other areas and I haven't been having the pain I was having associated with my tailbone issues. I'll take just numbness over pain and numbness any day. She didn't make me feel like I had to keep coming back again and again - basically just said to come back when I felt I needed to. I greatly appreciated that as I had always heard that once you go, you have to keep going. If you've been wanting to try chiropractic care but a bit afraid, I very highly recommend making your first appointment with Dr. Kaiser.

I visited Wausau Spinal Aid Center expecting a careful evaluation but left feeling that the…read moredoctor's approach was reckless and concerning. He said I could start treatment on the spinal decompression machine without reviewing my imaging beforehand, which I found extremely unprofessional--especially since that was what he intended to do on the first day of my consultation. He also performed tests on my spine without reviewing my imaging that I worked hard to compile and bring with me, nor did he care to ask about the timeline of my injury or surgery, which made me feel uneasy and tense throughout the visit and afterwards. The doctor was also very confusing to communicate with during the consultation appointment, often saying things that didn't make sense and difficult to follow, which added to my frustration and made me even more uneasy about proceeding with treatment. I was also concerned about how he could set the machine properly without reviewing imaging to know where to target. Later, I confirmed with the manufacturer that the areas I was most concerned about are not even directly accessible by this machine despite being misled by the doctor into thinking that they would be, which made me distrust the information I was being given even more. In addition, I was told I'd have to pay over $5,000 upfront for a full treatment package, with no option to pay per visit or try a single session first. The office staff were also difficult to communicate with, often unable to give clear information about pricing or the equipment, and seemed frustrated when I asked questions to better understand the treatment. Overall, the experience felt rushed, confusing, and focused on money rather than patient care. I left feeling anxious, tense, and very uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a careful or trustworthy provider.

When I started at Integrated, I was using hiking sticks to help me navigate. After the first week of treatment I was rid of one hiking stick, and after the second week, the other stick was gone. I had very tight , squeezing feelings in my muscle above knee. The Ultrasound blaster and Laser really helped break up scar tissue and gave me more movement. I am so glad I saw the commercial on TV...just wish I would have seen it a month earlier, because I would have canceled my surgery, and just tried this first. The Doctors treated both of my knees the same, and I now have NO pain in my left knee as well as the right, and I was told by surgeon that I needed left done with a total knee too ! No way is that going to happen now...Doctors Curt, Ben and Grant are all great ! They helped me get back to myself again ! All of the staff is so friendly too. I highly recommend Integrated Pain Solutions to anyone who is suffering from pain...go see them and get checked out...U will be glad U did !!! Marilyn S. Stevens Point, WI

While the treatment they offer "might" be helpful (no guarantees of that, of course) it is WILDLY…read moreexpensive - far too expensive for someone on a fixed income to even begin to afford. Sadly, I can not comment on whether it actually helps or not I suffer with arthritis in 3 main areas - neck, low back and hands.. they would only focus on one, and chose the hands to work up a treatment plan for. 26 sessions, done twice a week for 13 weeks at an hour and a half per session... the total cost quoted was well over $15,000 with half required up front.. and all for maybe a 20-30% improvement in pain... Sorry, but this is crazy expensive and completely unaffordable for someone on a fixed income of just over $1300/mo. It is a crying shame that poor people have to suffer because we cant afford some of the treatment options that are out there.. IF I.P.S. really & truly wanted to help people, they would make this more affordable so anyone could get the help they need, not just the rich. From where I sit, this is little more than a major money grab.
