I got checked in online so didn't need to do anything at check in when I got here. Came back to the exam room at about 11:25-11:30 so punctuality could have been better. As soon as I came back they got my weight and vitals and did a swab for the Covid test and told me how long it would take about 10-15 minutes. Which it did take that long and then the provider came in right after that and let me know I didn't have Covid and gave me a prescription anyways to help and some advice as well. Overall great service for a very short notice visit.

The care I received here was seriously lacking and quite honestly something I'd expect to see up in…read morethe hollers fifty years ago. Their methods and equipment were incredibly antiquated which probably lead to their diagnosis being consistently wrong. I was here over 50 times! Tested for everything under the sun. Tests, procedures, blah blah blah. If I didn't know better, I'd swear they sat in a room, made up some mumbo jumbo illness with 16 letters and ran all the tests my insurance would tolerate, then declare it was illuminated as a potential. Sometimes having wonderful insurance is a burden. That's when I got smart and headed north for a second diagnosis in Ann Arbor. Not to compare the two, but they figured out the problem plus caught it early enough. If I stuck around Picktown long enough they might have found the problem, during the autopsy. Do better. She was super kind and then Doug came in and explained to us what he would be doing. Amazing stitch work! At some point, the doctor came in(he could use some pediatric bedside manner, but he was not needed). Nicole was another nurse that assisted and she was amazing! She spoke to my daughter while Doug was numbing and stitching her up. This gave us parents time to breathe and rest for a moment. Thank you to all of you for helping and making the best of a bad situation. We have also used this facility before for my son for a few stitches in his face. Thanks you!!
