I recall walking in, no one else in line, 3 women behind the counter yapping away. No one was friendly and the woman that was helping me had asked me to email them my insurance information since I had a digital card. Come to find out several months later, I have a bill over $600+ because the woman never put my insurance through. After numerous calls with my insurance company I realized they're just not detail oriented. Long story short, my new bill was $30. Part of a great doctor is not only little to no wait times, a caring and knowledgeable doctor but also a competent receptionist/billing team. Which these folks were clearly not. Would not recommend or go back for that reason alone.

One of the choices I had to make in recent years was finding a good Urologist, and I truly made the right choice with Dr Iofredda. From my first visit, he and his staff were friendly, efficient, and very thorough. My father had been a patient of his for years and spoke very highly of him, and I now understand why. Visiting a Urologist can be (especially for men) a bit intimidating, but this practice made the process very simple and unassuming. Although I can't recall her name right now, the woman at the front desk was wonderful as far as scheduling and working with me to ensure my (sometimes difficult) pharmacy filled my needed prescriptions. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Dr. Thacker highly enough! It's been less than three months since he repaired…read morethe large full tear coupled with an actual hole in my rotator cuff, damaged labrum, bone spur, and significant arthritis in my shoulder. My physical therapist and all of my friends and family are surprised and impressed with the speed and extent of my recovery. For several weeks I have had close to full range of motion and have completely resumed my normal activities. My pain is minimal at best and usually totally absent. So, why is this the case? In addition to Dr. Thacker's skill as a surgeon, he insisted that I do a specific exercise (from day 1) requiring me to reach my operative arm behind my back. He told me that although physical therapists and most other doctors would indicate that that particular movement should not be done until weeks after surgery, I should follow his directions. And luckily for me, I did just that! Dr. Thacker does not rush to surgery. I had a cortisone shot and over a month of physical therapy before it became clear to me that surgery was my only option (although Dr. Thacker probably realized that early on). However, he listens to his patients and respects their feelings and opinions. He is a kind, friendly, and talented doctor with a great sense of humor. Plus, he does not rush through appointments and will patiently answer questions (which in my case were a lot)! It is true that the pain level during the first week post-op is very high. There is no getting around that. But after that initial period, progress and recovery can proceed rather quickly. Just choose Dr. Thacker as your surgeon!

He performed knee replacement surgery on me that I later found out based on the MRI was not necessary. I never fully recoververed from this unnecessary procedure that was almost 2 years ago. He acted like a replacement is nothing, I'm here to tell you it's a huge surgery. The only thing he cared about was that the hardware was in correctly, he did not care that all the surrounding tissue was not healing and never has. He is walking out the door while you are still asking questions and kept ignoring my pain and lack of healing. I have since seen a few specialists that said not only did I not need the replacement but that this is as good as my knee will ever be. I live with constant pain and lack of mobility. Be cause I no longer have full use of my left knee it has negatively effected my right knee. PLEASE be very cautious when choosing to use DR. Thacker, he seems great on the surface but his ego stops him from having empathy when things don't go well and he will recommend surgery even when not necessary.
