Dr. Saleh is awesome. He came right to my bedside in the ER. He was able to quickly diagnose what was going on with my heart. He was thorough and was able to explain my EKG to me. What I loved mostly about Dr. Saleh was his knowledge, confidence and immediate treatment plan to help me. I had already been to another cardiologist that had run out answers for me and could no longer help me. Once I was discharged from the hospital, I followed up with Dr. Saleh at his private practice in Linden, NJ. The office was super clean and his staff was very polite. Dr. Saleh is a very down to earth doctor, takes his time listening to your questions and concerns, and doesn't rush you. Dr. Saleh provided me with much more knowledge to my condition than my previous cardiologist did after, 3 visits to the previous cardiologist. 5 stars all the way. Thank you Dr. Saleh for your treatment plan and bringing me some peace of mind again. Beautiful office, polite staff, but most importantly, a doctor that listens and treats you with the utmost care.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life!…read moreI have a history of cardio issues ranging from leaky heart valves to the valves in my legs not opening. My legs have gotten completely swollen and they scheduled me to have two procedures literally a day before the procedure they tell me that my insurance declined the procedure because it wasn't considered important my health insurance company tells me that the doctors office didn't write enough details about the procedure so because of the great staff at Dr. Walia I was denied so as I develop blood clots I would like to say that this is the worst cardiologist ever find someone else!!!

Profits. That sums up NJ Heart. The Linden office is vastly superior to the Elizabeth office…read morestaff. You'll typically see the nurses rather than the cardiology physicians. Just as well, as you have 15 minutes for the visit, as the nursing staff schedules are packed with patient appointments. Private equity has taken over cardiology medical care and it shows in this practice: $$$ is what matters.
