One time the pharmacy woman made a mistake on my receipt and she apologized like crazy when it really was no big deal at all, and then gave me a coupon for my next Target purchase. Love her! If there's a problem or you have a question on anything, they'll get you the answer, stat! They'll get your doctor on the phone, they'll do anything for you, no matter how small the issue. They'll even recommend cheaper medications and verify them with your doctor if your doc thinks you're a millionaire and writes you an expensive brand name prescription. They're really sweet, hardworking people and I appreciate they're constant effort to better their customer's experience. PS- you can often find coupons for $10 gift cards with any pharmacy purchase in the Sunday Target adds.

I recently visited Costco on 59 to activate my new membership. The older gentleman who helped me…read morewas very thorough in explaining the membership benefits and took the time to answer all of my questions. The process went smoothly, and I appreciated the excellent customer service during the membership setup. At the time, Costco was running a promotion where opening auto-renewal would qualify me for a $50 Shop Card. I received the card by email about a week later and decided to use it during my first grocery purchase. Unfortunately, my checkout experience was disappointing. I wasn't aware that the Shop Card needed to be scanned before applying it to the transaction. When I tried to use it, the cashier seemed frustrated and commented that he would need to void the transaction and wait for a manager. Another associate grabbed my cart and started putting items onto the conveyor belt quickly, and I wasn't sure which items I should leave in the cart. While I had a great experience setting up my membership, my first grocery shopping experience at Costco was not what I expected. I hope the checkout process can be handled with more patience and better communication, especially for new members who may not be familiar with how everything works.

Due to a lot of organizational problems at my doctor's office, this was pretty tricky but Pure Compounding managed to make this happen and I was able to pick up my prescription on a Saturday. Granted, I've only had 1 transaction so far with them, but I would give them 6 stars out of 5 at the moment if it were possible. The same medication that they're able to fill in usually under an hour takes Martin Avenue 72 hours! If you're familiar with Wellness Health, Park Compounding or Hopewell Pharmacy, these guys are on par if not better than them for specialized methylcobalamin treatment. They do regular potency checks on their methylcobalamin and provided me with a copy of this documentation upon request. They are also are able to ship out of state. The only strange thing is that they weren't able to get proper reimbursement from my insurance when Park Compounding Pharmacy was able to. However, I'm able to claim this on my own with my insurance and it saves me $25-$30/month on shipping when I'm in Illinois!

I'm very pleased with my experience with The Compounder. I was interested in buying a vitamin…read moreproduct that I had been researching for a while but it wasn't readily available in any of my local businesses. I went online and found The Compounder's website where they offered the product I wanted along with more information on its use. I contacted them via email and not only did they respond very quickly but they provided me with different volume price options (which were excellent because I wanted to buy multiple units). The issue with the product I ordered was that it needed to be refrigerated and since we're in the mid-end of August it definitely needed special overnight shipping. When I called to officially place my order (paid by phone), they quickly recognized me from my emails, pulled up my information, answered my product questions, and had already gotten multiple shipping quote-options for me to choose from. The shipping was expensive, which I had expected, but I ended up going with a quote for $29 next-day delivery. At that time they did tell me that the quoted price might change. When I received the package I was surprised with how well packaged it was; I must admit I was very worried that the shipping process might spoil the product. However, the product was incredibly well packaged with multiple ice packs in a thick foam inner box to conceal from the heat. The shipping ended up being $55 instead of the $29 but they were nice enough not to charge me the price difference this first time. I'm happy with the product and the personal service of The Compounder. I liked the fact that they added multiple sheets of information on the product I purchased along with my order invoice, and a note stating the shipping price difference for future reference. You get that mom/pops community type feel with this place and I for one am a fan for places like this.
