Walked in tonight hoping for a good experience, that is the opposite of what I had. As we asked to use the bathroom per the sign on bathroom door the cashier lady told us they were closed for the night so I was obviously confused due to the fact it's open all night. She then rudely got defensive and told us to talk to the manager, once we got to the manager he said it was out of order. These two obviously haven't been talking together because they gave us two different answers, and even the sign on the door said it was open. read more

Spent 40 minutes on the phone, waiting to talk to the pharmacy, keep being told there was one person ahead of me. So I hung up finally and called the front end up to see if they were getting robbed or place was on fire, 20 minutes later a girl picks up and says she doesn't know why the pharmacy never picked up as she couldn't see anyone back there and the pharmacist didn't appear busy. So I took the 14 minute drive over and the parking lot had 4 or so cars in it and no one in the drive through. Didn't even bother going in after seeing that, not sure what they were doing, playing hide the strudel probably. Getting ahold of them was worse than trying to find the fictitious Walmart employees or Waldo. I'd rather go to the Dollar General store for meds that don't need a prescription. read more

I showed the woman at the window the hand written prescription and 2 more that were on the list that were already called in by nursing staff at Woodwinds Hospital. This would have been about 1:30 in afternoon. I waited for 45 minutes for a prescription to be filled after my husband had surgery. I finally went up and asked if there was a problem. They said it would be another 30 minutes. They were having "some kind of problem". I went back to hotel and waited untill 6:30 to try again. One prescription was ready but they had no record of the other 2. At this point they should have asked if I was at the right Walgreens. The woman at the register said there was nothing to do except have the Dr. call it in. (It is Friday at 6:30.) But Ok I will get the one since they had that ready. Then they could not find it! Looking and looking took 20 minutes and found it. No apology. My husband contacted the hospital nursing staff who indicated that the other 2 were at another Walgreens about 1 mile away on the same major road. This one did not show up on my Google Map search. I was super amazed that the staff at the first Walgreens had no incentive or desire to be helpful. They should have checked with the other Walgreens. The staff just stared at me with no expression. And yes I was getting frustrated and somewhat hostile. The staff at pharmacy looked really burned out. And I imagine that is why they could not have cared less about the problems. No apologies, no initiative to help or solve the problem. I will not do business at Walgreens again, ever. Something is terribly wrong. read more

Just spent 26 minutes on hold for the pharmacy. Then they briefly picked up and immediately hung up. Pretty outrageous, huh? They've told me before that when they're busy they just put the phone on permanent hold and never pick up. They know people will eventually give up. Heartless. read more

I went to this store to order photos. I was notified my photos were ready so I chose to do curbside pick up, which is usually ready in 30 min. In over 2 and a half hours later my photos were still not ready for pick up. I went to the store assuming maybe there was something wrong with the pick up system since it never takes that long. I knew the actual photos were ready, they just hadn't been processed for pick up. I called the store and was passed off to three different employees and was told there wasn't anyone working in the photo department. Finally, the third employee proceeded to yell at me that they were very busy. It was 1:30 on Wednesday, so I can't imagine they were that busy. She was incredibly rude and short with me. Then when she finally brought the order out to me she continued yelling at me through my car window that they are very busy and I need to wait for my order to be ready for pick up. I have never been spoken to like this by an employee. I will never be purchasing anything from this store again. read more

Horrible! My husband had bladder cancer was ordered pain medicine. The pharmacist told him he will not fill the prescription! Also said bladder cancer wasn't painful! They really judge you when on pain medicine:( sad how this place is getting! Both Walgreens and cvs are the same! I pray some big chain comes in and makes them shut down. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have been to. I took my daughter to an urgency care after hours clinic and then came over here to get her prescription. We spent less then an hour in urgent care and I have been sitting here with my daughter for OVER TWO HOURS. I'm sitting here as I type this. Very unorganized, dysfunctional, and uninformative. Went out of my way to stop here for a restroom but was denied because it was late at night. The first problem was the male cashier who was very passive aggressive and refused to call his manager over so we had to find her ourselves but the lady who approached us was the night time pharmacist and was very rude about the whole thing and didn't offer to help in the slightest. This Walgreens has poor customer service and I understand that the restrooms were locked because of previous problems but two girls asking politely should have been given some form of acknowledgement especially because we were the only two in the store so if anything were to happen we would easily be the blame. read more

The pharmacy does not care if they order your prescription correctly at this location. I have had multiple issues with their inability to complete orders correctly or in the time that they were promised. I have spoken to store management about my concerns and have been told that the issues stem from the head pharmacist being on leave, too many new associate or coming at the wrong time of day. Today I was told that there recent mistake was because I did not have access to my prescription number it was my fault that they are trying to refill a old prescription that has a similar name. Poor service, no issue resolution and a blame the customer mentality abounds here. Use at your own risk. read more

Another poor experience at the pharmacy. Was called and told order was done. When I arrived, only part of the order was complete. This has happened multiple times. They asked if I could drive around. I said I would go do my other errands and return. One hour later I returned. Waited at the window 10 minutes and someone finally came. They remembered me and went to get, I assume, my prescriptions. Over 5 minutes later I was told they were working on them and was asked to pull around again. I left. I then called to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for a protracted period of time and hung up. I will be leaving Walgreens as they are not respectful to their patrons. They deserve a "0" star as "1" is too high. Terrible. read more

Went to the Donegal Walgreens pharmacy to drop off some excess drugs for recycling. It was early morning (8:30 am ) and there were three employees in the pharmacy area. One was finishing a telephone order, the second was working on papers,and the the third was do some misc tasks. Stood there for over five minutes without one individual acknowledging me, saying I will be with you or anything else. One person finished what she was doing, and just walked by without saying "Can I help you", or "Someone will be with you", or "Take a seat it will be a while". Poor customer service to say the least. read more

I have had an issue almost every time I've picked up a prescription from this Walgreens. They have filled my order with the wrong amount of pills, called me to say it was ready for pick up when it wasn't and made me wait another 40 minutes, failed to have a pharmacist speak to me and give me necessary information about a new medication, and are incredibly slow. The last time I went in to fill a prescription, the woman at the counter loudly asked me what the medication was for, in front of a large line of people, which was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this Walgreens. read more

Had a rough night I'm at the Sheraton and had a bad allergic reaction and asked the pharmacist for a recommendation or as some would call it "to do her job" she doesn't even get up from the stool at the back and tells me to go read the labels and buy the one that seems like a fit... happy I don't live here because o love Walgreens as a whole but would never go back to this one! read more

This Walgreens is a joke. The pharmacist had no manners what so ever. She's overweight with a short brunette hair.

The service a the pharmacy is a joke! Issues in getting my prescriptions filled on more than one occasion seem to occur more than normal. If they don't misplace the script, they have the wrong name of the doctor listed. If a doctor calls in refills, they never add the refills to the script. I was in there on 4/20/14 to pick up a prescription and I felt horrible for the man in front of me. The pharmacist kept telling him his script was just filled a couple weeks ago. Turns out she was entering the wrong script. The customer than had to explain the difference between the two medications, as the pharmacist had no clue. The pharmacist then had the nerve to ask this poor man what he was being treated for (as if it is any of HER business), not to mention there were other customers within ear shot. I've recommended to family and friends to find another pharmacy as this one is beyond unprofessional. read more

If NO stars was an option I'd give it. This place is a vortex of horrible humans with no empathy or communication skills. I've had a few medications not covered by my insurance that especially over the last four weeks have been ridiculously expensive - I've had to shell out over $1k in LESS than a month. Now, one would think that as a business you'd be thankful for your customers that spend such a large amount money with you, being that yours is far from the only game in town. Nope, not the a-hole manager (bigger guy, red hair, terrible goatee) that runs this sham. I've never in my life lost it at a store; typically I'm very conscious NOT to misplace anger - but this wasn't misplaced, and I absolutely lost it. I yelled, cursed and even threw something - that is NOT me by any stretch, but I'm able to pinpoint where I was wrong and I could've kept my cool. I can promise you you'll wait in line for at least 20 minutes - on a good day - and this will be the LEAST of your problems. You will be spoken to rudely and be treated like an inconvenience -- and DEFINITELY don't ask questions. Anything that requires thought or doing more than basic monkey-work will be met with huffs, puffs and often than not flat-out refusal. Don't waste your time here - and I'm so anti-Walgreens at this point I won't go to the other one either. I transferred everything to Target, which is still a hot mess but at least they aren't complete jerks on purpose. read more

Good service and they're open 24/7. I appreciate their drive through pharmacy when I'm in a rush. The staff is generally very friendly and the store is clean and organized. I tend to stop here when I'm in a pinch between grocery shopping trips. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Walgreens! This is my go to place for everything. The pharmacists are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just fantastic. I've never had a single problem with any of my prescriptions and the service is always great. I've also had photos developed there many times and that, too, has been a quick and easy experience. They have pretty much everything I ever need and I love their deals, too. The cosmetics department is especially helpful in finding coupons for what I purchase. Thank you, Walgreens! :) read more
