It is also conveniently located inside The Block Northway (which is a gorgeous, well-maintained shopping center!) along with some other great stores. I came in last weekend to grab some primer and setting powder, and I was amazed by how well the merchandise is organized here. It's by far more orderly than any other ULTA I've visited, and the product selection is huge! The staff does an excellent job of keeping products fully stocked on the sales floor and in their proper locations. I was able to grab what I needed very easily within a few minutes. This ULTA has so many brands, including some that are exclusive to only certain stores. I was excited to see the Lipstick Queen section here, as I've always wanted to try out some more of their products. The woman at the cash register, Lea, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She even gave me two free samples, as they did not yet receive shipment of the free deluxe product I had a coupon for. I was very impressed with the exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this ULTA Beauty and will absolutely be back to shop here again! Having just moved to this area, I have definitely decided that this will be my go-to ULTA store.

I booked online and nowhere in my booking process did it state the tech would not accept a Groupon. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment and there was a handwritten sign on the door stating they'd be back by the time my appointment started. Spoiler- they were a few minutes late. After I waited for them to reopen the store I was informed the tech I was assigned would not accept Groupon. Super frustrating to have my time completely wasted. Not only because they were late, but because there was no disclaimer that the tech they signed me up with would turn me away. It doesn't say on Groupon they won't accept the voucher or they don't have techs that will refuse. So if this is the case- why sell for your location?

I've always had great interactions with the pharmacy department, cashiers, and managers. The pharmacy center have always been kind and switched my prescription once when I accidentally had it filled at a different CVS. I have family and friends that work in pharmacy, and I have heard it can be very challenging and taxing. Keep up the great work!
