This location has been my go-to pharmacy for a few years. I'm not exactly sure why I stayed, because the pharmacy itself is slow as molasses. Believe it or not, the drive-thru is actually faster on most occasions than going inside. There is one particular pharmacy tech that is incredibly rude, and she is there often. I truly dread going to the counter if I see her working. And don't even try to go to the photo counter here - you will stand there for a long time before anyone even acknowledges your presence. I got a passport photo taken here, and it was rejected by the USPS for guidelines. read more

I have to order photos online now because of this. I ordered three different times in the last couple of months and never received my orders even though I paid. I had to call a customer service representative to resend the photos to me. I told her to not ship it from this Walgreens because Melissa would probably not send me them even though I paid. read more

I recently visited this pharmacy/store. I will tell you I was already frustrated because of the circus my medical insurance is putting me through to try to get the right medications for my allergies. Eric was so helpful and understanding. The other staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I also grabbed something else to pay for up front and the customer service there was awesome!!! Rarely do I find myself complimenting this type of store, but I walked out of Walgreens with a bigger smile on my face than when I came in! Thank you for the help! read more

The absolute most rude pharmacy. I have never seen more miserable people in customer service.

This is one of my favorite Walgreen locations. They are very efficient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience!

I am over Walgreens. The first month I filled my prescriptions here I gave them a "pass" on the 2 errors they made since I was new and figured there had been an error with the transfer from my old pharmacy. I have to have a certain manufacturer for my medication (for some reason the other manufacturers of this certain medication makes me so tired that I literally have trouble functioning without adding tons of caffeine) and I had them note that on my patient notes the first time I had it filled here. The second or third month my husband went to pick it up for me and they refused to let him pick up because my identification wasn't on file (why, I had picked it up the first month or two?) and it took me talking to the management and them agreeing to let me fax my license over for him to pick up, since I was at work. Mind you he'd picked up this same medication at my old pharmacy multiple times and only had to show his ID. So, fast forward a couple more months when I realize that they hadn't been charging my insurance! Why? They say it needs a preauthorization from my doc to the insurance company, they claim the doctor has to send the form direct. I call insurance and they say "no, Walgreens should send the form to the doctor and then back to insurance after doctor fills it out. Ugh! Walgreens never even told me there was a preauthorization needed and were just charging me full price minus some discount card. Now I go to pick up my script today, forget to double check the pills before I leave (1st time I forgot and they'd always been right before) Of course, wrong manufacturer, I call them within 10-15 minutes and am told that even though it's their mistake I have to deal with it, she even blatantly says "well can't you just take 1/2 a pill? NO! My doctor prescribed this dosage for a reason and it wasn't for me to take 1/2 of what he prescribed. She then tells me to have the doctor write a new prescription. Yea, that's easy, "hey doc because the pharmacy screwed up I'm going to ask you to write a new script for a medication that's highly regulated and the government is coming down on doctors for writing too much of." Sure, Walgreens I'm sure he'll jump on that! Oh wait, doctors on vacation right now, so couldn't even if I could. So because they couldn't take 5 seconds to read the patient notes I get to suffer for the next 30 days. I will be taking myself and my family's prescriptions back to Meijer. read more

This is the worst location I have ever been too. It all started with the prescription we needed filled, expiring a week ago. Not their fault, we called our doctor and asked them to call the prescription in to get it filled (we are not from the area). There was quite a long line at the pharmacy so I went to the front registers and asked for the phone number. The guy tells me they don't have a phone list and to look it up on my phone. Wow...what great service. We finally got the number and have been waiting by the pharmacy. While standing here, they don't seem too concerned with customers today. There are 4 people behind the counter, the avg wait time is 20 min and when I've seen them explain this to people, they're just so short with people. They really just don't care today. I've heard the phone ring 4 times with what visually appears that no one cares about. If I actually LIVED here I would not come back to thus location...I'd find another. Aaaaannnnnd now the review drops to 1 star as the main pharmacist was a total douche to us when we asked to confirm the prescription was called in as its been 10 minutes since that was supposed to happen. read more
