I filed a complaint with corporate and they promised the General Manager, Mark, would call me back in two days to address my experience there. I never heard back. As General Manager he is hiring people that can't do their job, that are rude, don't value customer service and he himself doesn't care about following up on a bad experience in his store. The winner of this cost comparison was Costco a company I keep finding reasons to love. Their quote was $94. They got the business that day and for all future prescriptions! I'm amazed at how many people don't bother to check around for more favourable pricing on everything.
