So they showed back up at 4 and are met with locked doors and dark windows- the pharmacy had closed SIX HOURS EARLIER than the posted hour of 9 PM. No phone call letting them know to pick up the scrip earlier. No "actually you'll need to come by before 4 because we're closing early today" when they communicated their plan to the staff. Just an absolutely ridiculous lack of care and empathy, as if people aren't filling critical prescriptions for life-impacting conditions. Fucking appalling.

I do exactly as I am told, and call the day before I leave to request a refill, explain what the previous pharmacist said and the person I was on the phone at literally laughed at me and said there was no way they could do that. Well, I googled it and it's called a vacation override. It very much IS possible. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere where they actually understand insurance. They also consistently auto refill a script I don't want auto refilled. I have asked them to take it off auto refill twice and they insist it is not on auto refill. When their system calls me to tell me the prescription is ready it says it's on auto refill. Anyway, they clearly have no idea what they are doing there.
