If you're into natural hair care, they have a great assortment of products at reasonable prices, mostly in the low to mid-range. I recently went in needing a hair dryer comb, and the staff was very kind in opening a package to check if it would fit my dryer. Thankfully, they did, because it didn't fit. Someone mentioned to me that Sally's carried it and I did a search for the closest one and was surprised to find that it's right in the same plaza as the nearest Publix. So I went. I accidentally grabbed the semi permanent and I needed permanent, I also bought toner and the clear never even looked and after I was home and used to tubes with semi permanent and toner realized I made a mistake, all I did was go back and asked to exchange for permanent which was still part of my last order, same cost and everything. Only a few days from each return. They refused to do the exchange for the same price. The cashier couldn't figure it out and just said no I can't. I couldn't get an answer why. I am very disappointed at this and may have to take my business somewhere else that knows how properly preform an order ven exchange. Amazon can sell me the same product for about the same. Instead I was charged full price to exchange... This is ridiculous!!!! Very disappointed in service.

This was a rare opportunity to see all the products available in one swoop. As a person who has very dry hands, I'm obsessed with the Silicone Glove Hand Salve.
