Smfh My experience with Wahl has always been positive, especially with service members. I've been a customer for 15 years. Shearing goats and sheep is hard work, especially in the desert. I have low vision and have a hard time replacing blades. Sending them in, they sharpen and condition my shears. A little one they just replace, for like 8 years. I'm like no, plz charge me! ha. I don't think they've even charged me for a blade sharpening or anything in YEARS! 2x a year I send them in, pay postage (tip cash) and, wait to get charged. ONE time I think they charged me something like $7. I fucking LOVE WAHL clippers and everyone that works there so much

Their phone just rings and rings or you get we are having technical difficulties and can't answer tha phone. Funny when I was ordering they answered right away. I asked for some advice on purchasing extra blades and the woman on the phone didn't have a clue,absolutely no help at all, I tried them out wasn't happy the original blades worked great wanted to exchange for 2 more of those. They don't do exchanges return them and we'll get you a credit. Returned them weeks ago sent with USPS have never heard a word from them.

Dr Wells has been available for dental emergencies if needed which is something I consider very important. Reasonable fees and payment options made the treatment possible.
