I called this pharmacy from three states away, explained my situation, and they immediately took care of filling the prescription. I was able to pick it up the very next day when I arrived in town, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Since my insurance would not cover the medication, they found an RX pay card that made it affordable, which I truly appreciated. Constance helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful--kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. I am very thankful for this pharmacy and the care they showed me. The only small challenge was the automated phone system, which occasionally looped me back when I tried to reach the pharmacy directly, but that did not take away from the excellent service I received.

I also don't like that if I forget to drive in ( wasting my gas and everything ) to get my supplies for the month, the waiting time between being able to get more the following month.....gets pushed down the road. . Nobody ever seems to be in a hurry to help you, except for Tim. Tim should find a job in a better facility, because this one doesn't cut it. I think I will go back to the company I started out with. At least they will remind you when your supplies need reordered, and ship them out to you for free. And you only have to deal with the company over the phone, for the most part, and not in person. When you call to question it they act like they never told you that and are very rude. They also take advantage of the local elderly population by charging way too much for their products. These poor people have no idea they can get the same products on Amazon for a quarter of what they charge at the medical supply store. If your doctor tries to send you here do everything you can to get your medical supplies somewhere else!
