I would've given this store a one but the greeter John was so sweet and welcoming after the most…read morehorrific experience I've ever had... So much so that my rage and anger immediately diminished. So here's why I'm leaving this review.... Today, it finally happened. At 42 years old, for the first time, I experienced something I've heard so many others speak about but had not personally encountered so directly--prejudice in plain sight. While checking out at Walmart using the self-checkout lane (around 10 PM, Thursday July 31), I--casually dressed, a doctoral candidate, married mother of three, U.S. Army veteran, career woman, and soon-to-be retiree after a lifetime of hard work--was approached by the attendant. Not to greet me like she had greeted all the other customers. Not to offer assistance. But to ask if I had scanned the box of diapers in my cart as a toy. No explanation. No polite inquiry. Just a direct, unfounded accusation. To be clear: * The writing on the diaper box was large and visible from her station. * She had spoken to every other customer around me--offering smiles, assistance, and casual conversation. * She had never acknowledged me once during my transaction... until it came time to question my integrity. This wasn't a mistake. It was about a bias--one so deeply ingrained that I was singled out despite every indication of honesty and decency. This is exactly how injustice persists. Quietly. Casually. But unmistakably. I was so pissed and offended that actually thought about making a scene there. I left it go and proceeded to leave. At that point I was greeted by really sweet greeter by the name of John. He was so polite that I decided to get in my truck and just come home to tell my husband about it. It's nearly 2AM and I can't seem to fall asleep because the incident is heavily weighing on my mind and I'm trying to figure out if I should've handled it on the spot to prevent anyone else like from experiencing the same thing.

I knew Scripts Pharmacy was the perfect fit for me. Very conveniently located in Coxs Creek, on 245, next to Hometown Pizza. I immediately felt like part of the family, not just a patient or customer. Allison, the owner/ Pharmacist and Courtney, the pharmacy tech, were very welcoming and extremely helpful during my transition from another Pharmacy. They responded to my phone calls very quickly. They were very responsive to my prescription orders, as they were sent from my physician office. They ordered special things for me, so they are available when fill dates come up. If you are looking for a new pharmacy or just starting on a medicine for the first time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND switching to or starting your pharmacy relationship with this family owned and operated pharmacy before any other large corporation chain. They have OTC supplements, and a variety of other products. They also sell wine and liquor, with a very good selection of Bourbon. (We are in the Bourbon capital, after all) THEY ARE ON TOP OF IT! I WILL BE A LIFELONG Customer/family member of SCRIPTS PHARMACY!!! Give them a call, you will not regret it!

This is our community Walgreens here in Mount Washington. My family and I visit here frequently…read more They are very nice with their service. My family gets a lot of their medicines here when we need it quickly. They're always very fast and take care of us very well. Also I do propane tank exchanges there as well. It is reasonable price and it's right down the street from me so we go here a lot. The facility is very clean and organized and I have no complaints whatsoever I recommend it highly

The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired when they leave me hanging for an anticonvulsant…read moreprescription for my child and pass the buck at every turn. Blaming it on the doctor's office and lying about sending a prescription refill request several times when my doctor's office screenshot and sent me proof that never happened through MyChart. Walgreens NEVER sent the refill request even when they said they did. Then Jamie, the pharmacy manager, tried to tell me the refill was at the "Aspen Creek Walgreens". Oh, you mean Fern Creek Walgreens? That's an old prescription and not even the correct dosage of what my daughter needs. Then she tried to tell me which store my husband had been speaking with all day (the "Aspen Creek store"). No, ma'am. He had been speaking with the Mt. Washington store. The one we have been getting our daughter's prescription filled at for years. The she wanted to know the name of the associate he had spoken with... well... we would know that if they gave that when they answer the phone but they don't. They say, "Walgreens Pharmacy... patient date of birth?" But Jamie didn't care to help fix the problem or help me get an important prescription filled that I needed same day. She just wanted to argue and place blame elsewhere. Nice patient care and customer service, Jamie! If I had any other choice and my insurance didn't force me to use Walgreens as my pharmacy I would fill my prescriptions anywhere else but here. As of now, I'll be sending them to the Walgreens in Sheperdsville to avoid Jamie and her incompetent pharmacy staff. Today was the last straw. Seizure medication is pretty important. I've waited for pain medication from this particular pharmacy before after a back surgery and a hysterectomy at the end of last year for myself and that's one thing, but I AM NOT willing to risk a seizure for my child. I am also not willing to risk losing my composure on flippant pharmacy staff when I call to voice valid concerns about prescription medication.
