I am so upset with Walgreens . I've been going there for over 20 years ever since the epidemic if you take any kind of narcotic, cough, medicine or anything, they won't fill it with Roz in my back knee replacement rod and plates, in my ankle ! They tell me it's out of stock. They only have a for their patients in the area in which I live in the area. And for you all to know, they are run privately owned They are not run by the government ,So they don't care how many times you complain about them.!! read more

My husband and I had appointments to get our vaccines. We got there 15 minutes prior to appointments. After waiting 45 minutes; the girl behind the counter gave us a clipboard to fill out . We already did that on line. Needless to say; we left and will now get our shots elsewhere. While we were waiting; another customer informed us that she came in for a Covid shot and was given the flu shot which she already had. Horrible customer service. Don't bother making an appointment because they do not honor them. read more

I am not one to leave poor reviews, actually go out of my way to leave good reviews. But i've honestly had enough. Moved here last August from FL and I only order photos from walgreens. (Have always had a good experience) Fast forward to this walgreens, they have screwed up EVERY single order. regular size photos, I have gotten partial photos, and ended up with a stranger's photos. (in my defense, I have a toddler and don't have time to check them in the store) Then, I ordered 3 16x20 posters, all 3 were wrong sizes. I called and a male manager basically laughed at me and said it was the luck of the draw. (seriously?) I went in person and the female manager was very apologetic and gave me the correct sizes and refunded me. So i gave them another chance. Fast foward to today, 2/26/21, Opened my 11x14 posters for new frames i bought. They're 11x15.5. I don't have a photo cutter at home. Call the male manager named Kevin, had to beat an apology out of him, and he basically said they come out of the machine that way. I guess it doesn't help to double check your work. That would be asking for too much. Anyway, I will be cutting them myself and using them, and will be going in on sunday for a refund. And i guess I will be cancelling my walgreens photo account and moving to another place. As well as changing my prescription pick up as well. read more

I came here to get my 3 prescriptions filled right after my wisdom teeth extraction and they said it would take about 30min-1 hour. I came back in an hour and they said one is ready, but the other will take a few hours..? I asked when I'm supposed to come back then and she said actually I was just told it will be ready in 20 minutes.. I asked about my 3rd one and she said there's only 2 in the file and I told her no I gave the previous girl 3 papers! So she said they'll have to look for it and they'll give me a call when it's all ready so I gave her my # and left. I received noo phone calls or texts and by the time I thought about calling them it was closed. So I spent the night with teeth extracted and none of my medicine.... This morning I called the pharmacy and told the person everything and they said it's been ready since last night and they don't know why I never got a confirmation text.. so I drove there and explained again and the girl said sometimes people receive a lot of messages and sometimes people don't receive the messages. What? So sometimes the text goes through and sometimes it doesn't? And shouldn't there also be a call? Cool. And we confirmed my phone # and it was correct.. And then I confirmed there's 3 prescriptions and she said yes they eventually found the 3rd one with the other slips but it just wasn't scanned...huh. I'm such a lenient person but this whole experience was so confusing. Out of all the pharmacies around here I chose this one... If your prescription is urgent, try another pharmacy. read more

No care attitude! I went there today to pick up a script and waited 10 minutes for someone to get it for me,just a pick up. I was first in line and two people were back there. One was on phone but before that just walked around. Another was on computer. They knew I was there. Finally I tapped on counter and they said they would be right with me. Still no one! Finally someone came from somewhere else to finally fill it. This is not first time. I waited before for a while and another time I bought something on sale, I went to counter and it was a different price. They said they did not have time to change the prices back to regular but still wanted to charge me the regular price. That happened at other stores and they apologized and gave me sale price. I only go to Walgreens because of my prescription plan. Will not be back to this one!!!! read more

Stopped in to get a last minute prescription while visiting someone in the hospital. They pulled up my account from another Walgreens and filled it while I waited- I didn't even have to go back! Kellie was amazing! On my way out I bought some m&ms and the cashier told me they were on sale. 10/10 visit! read more

Best pharmacy! Staff will go out of their way to help you. In terms of inventory, I find a lot of things I need here as opposed to many of the other stores in the area. read more
